I like to think that Lucien is Lady Autumn’s favorite child. Though she loves all her children, she can’t help but have a little bit extra connection with him because all her other children were probably born out of duty but Lucien was born out of love. Helion means sun and she chose to name her son Lucien which means light, as if in birthing him she managed to keep a little bit of the sun with her.

When you first dove into ACOTAR, were you a Tamlin girlie or a Lucien girlie?
You guys! I just read this Lucien theory on Reddit and I can’t stop thinking about it! It’s so good! It might be spoilers if you havent read the entire series. It makes Lucien even better. I’m just posting the entire thing.
I think it would be neat it Elain accepted Lucien and while she was giving him a tour of her little garden she’d stop, point at yet another boring rose bush and say with a shy grin, “…and behind here is where I grow my poisonous plants. This one will paralize you if ingested and this one will close up your throat. The pink one will turn you blind and the lilac one will make you dry heave for days…”
Those Lucien scenes where he’s described as tying up his hair, rolling up his pants, and catching trout with his bare hands.
When he bursts out his room shirtless and buttoning his pants to rescue Feyre from her nightmare.
When he helps her off the horse by wrapping those big hands around her waist.
When men of the Autumn Court are described as fucking with that passion of fire in their veins.
