under the cut is some thoughts about the relationship between food and death! the only real warnings here is a brief mention of cannibalism and the usual waxing poetic about death.

Hello everyone! It’s certainly been a long time!
Since the end of last year I’ve been meditating on where to take this blog. I haven’t been posting (as you might have noticed) but I didn’t want to Officially Announce what would be happening to it until I was completely sure. I am now completely sure!
I am finished working as NNN of SeraphickalMagick- I enjoyed maintaining this blog and its update schedule for... Just over a year I think! I had a lot of fun doing the witch guides, the licenses we made together, the crystal infographics... And I think this blog has run its course.
But! I am currently working on a tarot store which I will be operating off tumblr, and I’m thinking about returning to magic blogging in a more casual setting, too! No schedules, less obligations, so on so on!
So I’ll keep you updated on that and put the URL out here when I’m ready to open up! And don’t worry- this blog isn’t going anywhere, and will stay around as an archive. 0:^)
Thank you so much for coming along with me on this ride! I hope that you’ll stick around for some new adventures together. Keep your eyes peeled for updates, they will be coming soon!

Plans for packing up!
The end of the year is almost upon us, which means its almost time for me to take a break from posting at SM and start preparing content for the new year! So, here’s the plans for packing up:
- Over the course of this week/however long it takes, I’ll be posting the birthstone posts that are in the queue to complete the series.
- Asks will be open as usual until I close up completely!
- If there’s interest for it, I’d like to do a demonstration of the end of year/beginning of year tarot spreads from last year! If you could like this post if you’d want to see this, it would be helpful!
If there’s anything else you want to see before the year ends let me know and I’ll see what I can do!

Really stupid question from a beginning witch, does everything have to be kept in glass bottles or just spells or does it not really matter and people just do it for aesthetic? If there is reasoning behind keeping everything in glass bottles..What is it? If I bought herbs that were kept in plastic containers (Like cinnamon sticks/cinnamon in general are nearly always kept in plastic) would they be no good for witchcraft? I keep some herbs in a nutella jar! It doesn’t matter where you store your herbs, they’ll still work for magic. A lot of spells are done in jars, but it doesn’t matter what they’re made of.
(And don’t worry, I think it’s a fine question to ask!)

I've been having really bad headaches and last night it got so bad I nearly passed out. On top of that, I'm pretty sure I just had a vision. At this point I'm not sure what to do so, do you know anything to help abate my headaches at least? Normal painkiller arnt working
This is troubling to hear, but I’m not qualified to be giving advice to someone in your situation. The best thing to do is consult a doctor. I hope you get this sorted out quickly!
