The Ukrainian Military used cameras in the impact zone of a live fire exercise with 155 mm mortar rounds to show the intensity of the shrapnel.

Soldier Sprints To Trench While Mortars Explode All Around Him – Helmet Cam A Ukrainian soldier flips on his helmet cam moments after the first mortar landed during this attack. At times he hits the ground to avoid shrapnel when he is able to hear the rounds coming in before impact. It does not look like anyone was injured during this attack.
