Military Policemen on the "Wędrzyn" Training Ground

About 100 members of Polish Armed Forces Military Police took part in the training conducted on the Polish Land Forces "Wędrzyn" Training Ground. The training was conducted March 19 to 30, 2012. Members of the Military Police Special Unit from Warsaw (Polish MP SWAT unit), MP Unit from Sczecin and MP departaments from Ustka i Oleszno took part in the training. The main goal of the training were coordination of the units and upgrading the MP commanders planning and executing tactical operations skills. Part of the training was acting under stress conditions in dynamic enviroment. Supporting of the Polish National Police and other Law Enforcement Services by the MP elements was important part of the training as well. The MP commanders's skills in missions planning, executing and coordinating were evaluated during the training. Communication network between different elements of the battle order was checked as well.

Members of the Military Police Special Unit from Warsaw and MP Unit from Sczecin took part in the "Dezerter 12" field exercise and instructors training conducted in daytime and nighttime conditions, which were conducted during the training.

Military Policemen were training riot control tactics, cordon and pursuit operations, patroling the urban and forest areas.

The shooting training and first aid training were conducted as well.
