Stuffed Animal Brigade…
This is from Iraq but I don’t know what was going on. It’s a patrol of Iraqi soldiers but notice almost all of them have a stuffed animal strapped to their helmets. I want to guess that this is a “outreach” kind of patrol to befriend the locals and children. Note the underfolding RPK. Quite possibly Bulgarian due to the pistol grip, although it looks like a Yugo M72.
