1. When you first met, what were your first impressions of each other? Did they start off positive right away or were they negative? Did your impression of each other change over time? If so, what made them change?
Oh boy, they sure didn't start well.
They met when Q'ruor caught Noonien trying to steal denevan crystals from her ship, and that totally wasn't a good first impression for any of them. Noonien found Q'ruor repulsive and intimidating as well, so he was a bit scared of interacting with her too much in the beginning. Q'ruor thought he was pathetic, mainly because of how amateur his stealing skills were. And of course she held grudges against him for a while for attempting to steal from her even after explaining his reasons.
With time, Q'ruor tried giving him a chance and stopped being so hostile against him, which made Noonien find her less intimidating and started feeling more comfortable around her. As they grew closer they got to meet eachother better and push the bad first impressions aside to find out how interesting they were
15. Have you met each others’ friends and families? How did things go? Do you all get along pretty well or just tolerate each other? Or are any of you on bad terms for any reason? If you haven’t met them though, is there any reason why?
When Q'ruor met Lore (In the Electric Aftermath universe) they quickly got along very well and loved to spend time together. He always liked Q'ruor better that Juliana, she wasn't as judging and always supported him no matter what (and sometimes was a bit of a bad influence to him to be honest lol). Q'ruor later on got to meet Data, and even though she didn't know him for as long as she knew Lore, they also got along well despite Data's initial skepticism due to her being a pirate — Yknow, Starfleet officer stuff. Lore also got very jealous sometimes, and insisted he was the favorite son (Q'ruor didn't want to admit it, but he kinda was her favorite one).
For Noonien, meeting Q'ruor's family was quite the experience. First he met her four crewmates and friends, who are like siblings to her, at the beginning they all wanted to beat his ass for trying to steal from them. But as him and Q'ruor grew closer they realized they would have to deal with him for the rest of their lives and decided to surrender and try to befriend him. And they did! Raegar was a bit more stubborn though, unlike the rest, he just "tolerates" Noonien. He refuses to befriend him. Meeting her parents wasn't any easier. Imagine the common worries of meeting your partner's parents added to the fact that you'll have to win the approval of both a nausicaan and a Q no less. Crazy shit. To Noonien's fortune, Q'ruor's parents really liked him and fully supported her relationship with him. "Seems like falling for people from a different species is in the genes!" They say.

Fun fact: It was actually hard for Q'ruor to learn how to kiss. Since nausicaans don't do it because of the tusks on their lips, Q'ruor didn't even know what a kiss was until she met Noonien and found out that she did have the proper lips to give them. So at the beginning, she used to kiss a bit too strongly and sometimes left a small mark on Noonien's cheek. But eventually she learnt how to be more gentle and was able to give him more kisses from then <3
