okay so, y'know how in the Loki trailer, they introduce the TVA right? And in the trailer, they are showing Loki alternate version of himself right? so here's what I'm thinking, One of those alternate timelines they're letting Loki get a glimpse of is one where Elsie is his partner, the love of his life. After being returned to his cell, or wherever they're keeping him, he thinks about this Midgardian girl quite a bit, mulling over the possibility of him loving someone, let alone a lowly human. okay, so later in the trailer, we see Loki looking like he's escaped right TVA confinement right? yeah, so, in this timeline, where Loki is being held (well, was being held) by the TVA, Elsie works not as a SHIELD consultant, but rather as a TVA agent. In this timeline, Elsie starts off the same way, as a physics prodigy and with her knowledge of quantum cosmology, is recruited to the TVA as an agent. So here is where we get to the good stuff, Loki is running, running down the endless maze of hallways that is this particular TVA facility. But then he stops. dead in his tracks. There she is. That girl. The one that another him fell in love with. And she looks back at him. She was warned of the being they were currently holding captive and his threat level. But what she didn't know was that in another timeline, she fell in love with this man. And he with her. But in this moment. The only reason, Loki didn't kill her on sight or maim her, in order to escape was because of the knowledge he had gained regarding his relationship to her.
