Sometimes I feel like a lot of ships have arisen for the sole reason that many people just can’t get it through their heads that friendship in itself can be as deep and beautiful a thing as romance. People can have friendships as their primary relationships.  That doesn’t make it secretly romantic.  I’m just so tired of hearing “but look how much they love each other, you can’t tell me they’re just friends.” 

It infuriates me.  Friendship is not always an inferior stepping stone to romance.

Okay.  I’m done now.  I’m sorry.
