being friends with someone who intimidates you because they’re so amazing
Laughs don’t do this, putting your friends on weird pedestals and treating them like some intimidating thing is weird and dehumanizing and I promise they will end up not being your friend
THIS IS WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE WHEN YOU TAKE OFF YOUR GLASSES
EVERYTHING JUST GETS KINDA BLURRY
I CAN STILL SEE HOW MANY FINGERS YOURE HOLDING UP ASSHOLE
THIS IS THE MOST ACCURATE THING
STOP ASSUMING FEMINISTS DON’T CARE ABOUT MEN WHO’VE BEEN ABUSED
YES ABUSE HAPPENS TO MEN
YES MEN AREN’T “ALLOWED” TO REPORT IT OR BE EMOTIONAL ABOUT IT
BUT THAT’S
BECAUSE
PATRIARCHY SAYS MEN ARE EMOTIONLESS, WOMEN ARE EMOTIONAL, AND EMOTION AND VICTIMHOOD ARE FEMININE WEAKNESSES
DON’T LIKE IT? SMASH IT WITH US.
JESUS. FUCKING. CHRIST.
If you are a cis dude and you ask a female stranger if she lives alone, it sounds a lot like “If I come over to hurt you later, will there be anyone to stop me?”
black holes, and raised moles, let’s just call them freckles. haircut, heart left, happy on the west coast. coat fell, heart swells, draped across the sofa. sleep well, i feel you’ve ruined me forever.

DID YOU WATCH THE LAST EPISODE OR ?? BECAUSE HIS VOICE IS PRETTY HIGH IN S1
IT DROPS PROPORTIONALLY ALONG WITH HIS HAPPINESS
WHICH HAPPENS TO RUN PERPENDICULAR TO HIS HETEROSEXUALITY
Tyranny of Deception (via azspot)
It bothers me that the intelligence of animals is measured by how willing they are to obey the commands of a human.
same goes for students at schools
I just realized how fucked up that is wow.
♣ - 002/100 pictures of Castiel
This was, interestingly enough, the first picture that made me stop and realize that Misha was an extraordinarily handsome man, as well-proportioned for the Eastern European archetype as Jensen is for the Western. Once I’d seen it, I had to really stop and consider why I’d never noticed - because I was like, halfway through Season 7 at that point - and when I thought about it, it was quite a testimony to Misha’s performance.
Dean comes off as handsome right away. First shot of the Pilot. It’s a bread and butter tool of his survival every bit as much as it is of Jensen’s, he knows it, he uses it, he projects it. Even when he’s only around Sam, he keeps up that undertone of BTW, I’m like, at least a 9.5, which I think prompted a lot of the early Wincest subtext but was by my interpretation more of the general over-compensating he was doing at that stage of things in trying to take John’s place and make Sam feel safe. It’s ok, lil bro, I got this. I’m so totally powerful. Hunter, stud, badass, all around hot shit. I can take care of you with one hand behind my back and the other up the skirt of a 'bitchin’' babe.
Castiel is also unquestionably powerful and confident in that power, and there’s no need to compensate, much less overcompensate, for a damned thing. He’s an Angel of the Lord, motherfucker. And one of the things that makes him so believable as an unfathomably powerful being in a vessel, rather than a “baby in a trenchcoat”, is that Misha portrays him with a complete detachment from his body. He uses it adeptly, but from the rumpled hair and backwards tie to the way he handles himself with so much efficiency, complete erasure of all little human tics, and no attempt to preserve it from pain or damage, there’s a feeling that it’s not of interest to him nor should it be to you. This body? Meh. Does its job, I guess. And Misha? He’s such a trickster and an imp in his persona, when he uses his looks, you feel like it’s a joke he’s letting you in on and not anything serious.
I and a lot of other people often described him as “unconventionally handsome”. Usually, when I say that, I mean someone like Benedict Cumberbatch. Someone who doesn’t fit the standards of proportion for classical male beauty, but radiates such confidence and charisma that they are equally compelling. Misha did something with Castiel I find even more fascinating…he is conventionally attractive, but radiated such confidence and charisma that he made it seem irrelevant to the point of erasure.
it’s the colour of your eyes.
