I’m confused how people still can’t even entertain the thought that Dean is in love with Cas. Look at the difference between his reaction to the LuciferCas reveal compared to Sam’s reaction. Yes Sam is concerned and wants Cas back but Dean…oh Dean is heartbroken and in complete denial that Cas would feel so low to have accepted Lucifer. It’s going to only be worse when he and Sam find out exactly why Cas said yes in the first place (if the writers will do this justice hopefully)

They both love Cas but it’s in two very different capacities, Sam’s love is brotherly but Dean’s is much more profound.
