Donatello My Fine Fellow!!!
Hey folks this is my son's Giant Boxer/Pitt mix pup, Donatello, aka Donny, Don Don, Donatello My Fine Fellow...
He's 2 yo, 67lbs, DOES NOT like small animals, or kids. He's a trained guard dog, house broken, very goofy, loves his bankie, and can go off leash with proper commands, though I wouldn't till he's neutered and you know each other well.
He is up to date on his shots, but needs to be neutered.
This is his mugshot. I'm about to bail him out of jail, but neither my son, nor I are able to accommodate him any longer...we're in Texas, and the local rescues are all full.
A dedicated individual, who knows how to handle a large dog, and a guard dog at that would be the best adoptive parents option. Donny is a GOOD boy! We trained him for protection due to the area we lived in at the time. He will protect and stand down on command. He barks at the sound of a doorbell, or knock. He's also a good judge of character... he's good at identifying shady people. Basically a living, breathing security system, and snuggle bug wrapped into one. He does have separation anxiety if left inside too long alone. HE'S NEVER BEEN CHAINED, AND WILL NOT BE. I'll be checking on him in his new home to make sure my big boy is well taken care of.
He needs lots of love, attention, treats, and snuggles. A single man, or woman strong enough to handle his size, and a yard to play in, would be perfect!!! He also loves to play in water!!!
