Perth Nakhun about fanservice, from his actor perspective, and how it changed over the years

(watch the full video, he also talks about: pros & cons of being bound to an acting partner, the importance of social media in the industry, parting ways / changing paths)

Got a little jumpscared there when Perth suddenly mentioned Playboyy, when he talks about Y-Destinys flaw might be too many couples and then listed other Cheewin series with many couples.

I mean he's not wrong. The more character to focus on the harder it gets to write and the harder it gets to follow for the audience. I think the screenwriting book I have mentions 7 main characters as maximum.

(but I still love all the Playboyys and am sad about everyone who died so far... 🤐)

Trying to not get obsessed with Yi and Diao to the point where I might rewatch the actors parts in Y-Destiny..... I didn’t like Y-Destiny and especially their characters were a bit... I don’t know? A bit annoying. But I know that’s the directors fault because I always dislike how he makes actors overact certain emotions.

Tho I am tempted to go back there because I don’t get enough of them in Cutie Pie. Maybe it feels different now lol....

Not to be mean, but seeing all the Y-Destiny actors in new dramas being actually good at what they are doing, just shows yet again how important good directors and acting coaches are.

Wait which one ????

The actors of Yi and Diao were in Y-Destiny (Sun an Nuea, the rich kid and the teacher)

And Tupfah in You're My Sky is Ake, the boxing student from ep1-2 of Y-Destiny.
