You know, now that you mention it...I remember seeing it some time ago? I thought it was incomplete so I never bothered to download it. So I did and:

It's about a boy named Yusuke Urameshi who gets hit by a car while saving a child. Then after a series of tests, he is given his life back and the title of "Sprit Detective." He then investigates a lot of cases involving demons and apparitions. It kind of devolves into tournament fights similar to Dragonball Z later in the series though. It's a great show with awesome humor and great characters. I think it's one of the best anime to come out of the 90s. I also like it because it's pretty short (112 episodes). I recommend it!

Oh shoot, sorry. Not this one! The Silver Case is a suda51 game that has never been released in english before and it’s getting remastered for the PC in english! The game you’re thinking about is Chase: Unsolved Cases. That game is coming out later on the 13th though! I’m super excited for that one too! :D
