The rain splattered on the green leaf as you stare at a distance from the café window, the hot coffee you held in your hand starting to cool down as the smell of caramel and bakery goods filled the entire café.

A soft jingle sound made you look away from the window, the rain pouring harder then it was before, the leaves now bending down due to the strong force of raindrops. You look at the man in front of you, as he sits in front of you. His hair was messy as always, except this time, his hair was wet from the pouring rain outside.

A soft smile place on your lips as he laughs at himself, his once dried coat stood half wet, while his hands remained cold. Dazai looks at you with a mischievous smile as he takes the cup of coffee from your hand, placing it down on the table before taking your hand and pulling you out from the comforts of the soft cushioned seat you were seated on.

You look at him in confusion, and before you could process anything, you were standing with him outside the cafe, rain pouring down, gently now, as you stood with wet clothes.

You kick Dazai on one of his knees, trying to make him loose balance as he does nothing but laugh at you, bending down, clutching his stomach as you hit him on his arms.

You didn't know what was so funny to laugh about, but all you could do is laugh and smile with him, in the rain twirling together and skipping on puddles, the pure bliss of happiness in your eyes.

Nothing could ever go wrong, right?

A/N: He was laughing at you because you failed to realise you were wearing white sneakers while standing on a muddy puddle. :D
