Reno is defenetly gonna damage the paint with one of the metal pieces on his clothing but that probably wouldn‘t be the first time he has damaged company property...
Everything except for the font and the 5% opacity noise in the background is handpainted, even the pack of cigarettes, if you zoom in closer you can see. (They‘re smoking camels simply because they‘re my favorites). I‘m absolutely in love with ads from the 50s ngl

I know the mini is kinda a trademark of hers, but that would have been a big no no in the 50‘s. Trust me, this is as short as I could possibly go.
The pose was inspired by a rosie the riviter poster, I really thought it fitted tifa, especially because I intended to give her a bit of muscle. What can I say, I‘m a sucker for realistically displaying a character who punches a lot. Those noodle arms she has in the game simply don‘t make any sense (except for maybe catering to the male audience but I‘m not gettinn into that topic tonight)

Can I interest you in a 50‘s style redesign of Aerith?
I originally inteded to make it a more classical 50‘s look but with the boots and the hair tie which I could easly make into a bandanna, it was practially impossible not to decide on a rockabilly look!
(Yes I‘m aware that her boobs are really pointy and yes that‘s an intended design choice, I wanted to implement the bra‘s that were popular during the 50‘s)

Reno is defenetly a messy dyer (not that I‘d know anything about being one pshh) he doesn‘t even bother using plastic gloves and he wears his work clothes for dying his roots and then complains when his shirt is obviously gonna get dirty. He tries doing the tin foil wrappy thingy but after like, two, he becomes impatient and is like "meh, whatever, screw that"
