AN: I’ve been working at this little by little whenever I’ve had a good day. It’s not part of any particular canon of mine, just an idea. And my doctor says I really need to try writing again. So here’s me trying. Obviously this isn’t edited, and I couldn’t think of a title (so if anyone has an idea, fire away). I’ll deal with that at some other point. Maybe a little OOC at some points, which is why it’s not part of any of my headcanons…

Anyway. enjoy my first attempt at writing in a while. I’m dedicating this to everyone who’s been supporting me since I had my breakdown, most especially @xxlovendreamsxx @chronicangelca @stradheil and aleks (you know why!).

There’s a split second where Sasuke doesn’t recognise her.

As she leans her ear closer to the man beside her, blithely tilting her head to listen to something he has to say, and laughing in a way Sasuke knows to be genuine, he finds himself stuck between irritation at his own lapse (relying on another person’s looks is lazy and potentially dangerous, especially if it’s another shinobi) and bemusement. He didn’t realise he could recognise Sakura from the tilt of her chin and the shift of her shoulders alone.

Non-Canon Prompts: Hogwarts AU

Summary: He was the typical Slytherin boy, a pure-blooded. She was a nerdy book-smart muggleborn in Gryffindor. They were enemies, their house would always rival against each other, and the fact that her best friend, Naruto, the boy who lives, hates him. It was a complete shock to Sakura when one day, she woke up naked with him by her side.

“ Lookie’ here, the book-smart muggleborn and the oh-so-famous Uzumaki. Gracing us again with their graceful presence ” Suigetsu Hozuki snared at the famous golden duo who were passing by to their charms class. The said muggleborn rolled her eyes and ignored the Slytherin’s comment and her best friend just shoved a middle finger at the guy before continuing his way to class. 

It was always like this since day one. Slytherins mocking them whenever they walk by or come across them. Since Naruto is the Naruto Uzumaki, the boy who defeated the dark lord at the age of one, making him the most famous wizard of the time( And infamous, if you think of the other way around ). They mostly target Naruto on his parent-less trait and hers on her mudblood status. Honestly, don’t they have nothing else to do?! Like, sneaking potions to turn Professor Orochimaru into a toad or go do whatever a typical Slytherin do, go practice or worship the dark side, do all the illegal stuff ! 

At least she knows that one Slytherin is not after their sanity. Naruto’s very distant cousin, Karin. She seems like a nice person, never insulted her and Naruto before but tends to ignore them, which is understandable since having the same surname as the oh-so-famous boy who lived in a house full of his haters could be a challenging thing. No wonder she always avoid her very-very-very-distant cousin like a plague. 

“ Mobilicorpus. ” A voice mutter from behind the duo. Naruto was suddenly lifted into the air upside down, showing his undergarment while his tan face turned bright pink. “ Uchiha ! ” Sakura spatted angrily. 

“ Hn, ” He smirked, pointing his wand higher as Naruto was lifted upwards. 

“ Put him down ! ” Sakura demanded, taking out her want to point at him. A few students now gathered around the trio, mostly Slytherins and Gryffindors. Some were shouting ‘ Fight, fight ! ’ while some even offered themselves to be the out look for teachers.

I’d call this the “Uchiha Family Death Glare” but Sarada is too cute!

In the canon manga Sakura NEVER once said anything about someone potentially kidnapping Sarada for her sharingan of which she didn’t even realize that she had the sharingan until the end of Gaiden:

Sarada for one didn’t even get her sharingan until this very moment:

Shin didn’t even seem to know if Sarada had the sharingan he only went by the fact that she wears the Uchiha crest:

While yes she does wear the clan symbol, other clans especially the Nara clan (Shikamaru and Shikadai) wear their clan crests just like Sarada and Sakura do:

If Sakura even knew Sarada had gotten her sharingan prior to gaiden she would have mentioned it during her conversation with Shizune:

So miss me with that whole,”Sakura being so extra with the Uchiha clan symbol is putting Sarada in danger!1!1!1!!1!”bullshit. Aside NOTHING like that was said as an issue in the manga.

Even here Sakura says NOTHING about Sarada using her sharingan because she said not to:

She’s much more concerned about Sarada’s wellbeing rather than her using her sharingan “carelessly”:

Here Sakura (along with Naruto and ChoCho) is shocked at Sarada’s display of her strength:

SP fucks everything that revolves on Sasuke and Sakura, so I’m not even surprised that anime-watchers-only are capable of this bullshit 111 under the influence of shitty SP.
