It's so ironic how this episode is called The Last Vampyre (the character from it called Jack, played by Richard Dempsey, is on the left) and the guy on the right is Alex Winter playing John William Polidori in Haunted Summer in 1988.
John William Polidori is known for writing The Vampyre, published in 1819.
