Hello I’d like to hear all of your thoughts on the family helping Ro and Poe prep for the wedding 👀

Oh. Caught me again when I wasn’t prepared. I don’t mind sharing.
My biggest thing is Ro hasn’t like any of the wedding dresses. They’re stunning. We all know Empress has the best taste but she’s just not feeling like it’s the one. Her mother made dresses for the royal families before her passing. Ro has already dreamed of having a dress made by her mother for her big day. It won’t be a reality.
However, Poe is clever and has made a trip to Naboo and found the old dress stop. He took all the white dresses that he could find. He just wants Ro to be happy despite everything. He’s given the dresses to Ellaria and Lita to help with Ro. Making them promise that they won’t tell Ro where the dresses came from or how they got them.
Hux and Kylo have been doing their best to keep Poe calm. They’ve never witness him so nervous. He’s pacing. He keeps thinking that Ro will make a run for it. That she’s going to take a stand and say no. Kylo and Hux assure him that everything is going to be fine.
Before Lita and Ellaria have even left to go help Ro, Poe reminds them that Ro is tendered headed and not to do an updo. He tells them that he loves seeing her hair down and all.
Both of them take their time letting Ro work through the emotions. It’s the first time that she feels a bit of bond between them and she’s scared that she’s misreading it. When they show her the gowns, she instantly recognizes them and it actually means a lot to her. She doesn’t question it.
Lita and Ellaria are great with Ro. They offer loads of advice from their own marriages/weddings (Ellaria has good and bad from her current marriage and her last one, which ended so disastrously) and Lita has absolutely wonderful ones. She probably tells Ro some funny and/or slightly embarrassing stories about Poe. They’re willing to offer any and every kind of advice Ro may need.
Lita offers plenty of refreshments while Ellaria helps Ro with her hair and, as horrifying as it sounds, Ellaria says very quietly to Ro that “if Poe ends up being a terrible husband, we can kill him and I’ll dispose of the body for you” (which won’t happen)
Poe probably keeps messaging Lita to check in to the point where she silences her datapad after telling him to relax with Kylo and Hux and that everything’s under control
I’m sorry but this just made me cry at how beautiful it is.
Both Lita and Ellaria trying to make sure that she’s entirely comfortable. They answer her questions about marriage and the stories about Poe actually make her chuckle a little.
Poe keeps fidgeting with his suit and both Kylo and Hux are doing their best to give him advice.
BB-8 ditched the men and had went to the ladies. Ro getting a chance to work on binary but most important she asks if she can have a holo taken of them.
Ellaria doing Ro’s hair just makes me 🥺🥺🥺🥺
Poe’s messages to Lita vary from Is she okay to can you send me a picture of her in the dress?
Also, I think Nathan Bateman is more touch starved than I realized. Sure, the robots have are practically human and soft but that probably doesn’t compare to actual human touch.
You can’t tell me that man would fall to his knees when some just cups his cheek. I noticed at one scene, he actually places Kyoko’s hand on his cheek.
This could be for many reason but to me this seems just like him acknowledging that just because she looks human doesn’t mean she is. Maybe he hasn’t perfected actual human touch because it can be so different. It’s not just a line of code.
This probably doesn’t even make sense but let me ramble
I shall be here after finishing Shadow and Bone.
I’m about to be on episode seven.
Y’all better fucking unfollow me. That’s all I can say.
