it’s not MY fault they heavily imply barry is super sensitive, comes fast, can vibrate, and has no refractory period. what am i supposed to do with a character like that? NOT ship that twink with the dude who’s like twenty years older than him AND an enemy?

love that actors on spn create trends that no once follows. jared was the first to play lucifer and nobody who came after that portrayed the character like he did. jared was the first to play the soulless bit and he gave a very intriguing and thought-out performance, but every soulless character after that is just a homicidal maniac. misha was the first to play an angel, and no one followed in his footsteps because who cares about making a TV show I guess. for a series that has so many characters who can change faces (and so actors) at a moment's notice (angels, demons, etc), its creators surprisingly don't care about continuity

#and lets be real most of these iconic performances are jared's. he's the one who brought the consistency to meg's possession of him#he brought the fuckin' a game to lucifer and to soulless sam#but there are Parts of the Fandom that do not like to recognise that let alone praise it#jared was putting in WORK bts and the writers and directors failed to follow through on a lot of it#and misha. man.#og cas? brilliant. the fuckin...fandom bait version he turns into? not the same guy
