Seeing flashes of Heracles’ life, Shirou taking him out, and then Heracles telling him to protect Illya in his place. I really like this scene too.
I am slightly disappointed that we don’t get the part where he stops attacking because of Illya.

This scene just gets to me so much. Him saying he wants to live, him struggling so hard to remember Illya’s name, and then him finally remembering it and pleading for her to come back.
This scene just hits so well.
@jq0_wo : "People reveal their true colors at the final moments before they die", but even at death's door we get to see how genuine her interaction with berserker actually was. And that's why they are one of the very few best servant to master dynamic that we ever get to see.
@jq0_wo : As she had been raised and treated by others as a tool. One would assume that she will undoubtedly treat a servant like berserker as a tool. But their interaction show us that she did not, she sees him as someone she loved, someone who could protect her, someone like her Dad. The willpower is shown at the last line. Knowing that in the past, the people she loved had be taken away from her, she would not allow it to happen again, as she crawl to fulfill her final wish of not letting something separate her from the people who loved her again
