Also 100% agree, cooking is not a women’s job–cooking is a life skill. And cooking does indeed enrich your life. It’s not the same as eating out or being cooked for, cooking opens your eyes to a million different things–the ingredients, what pairs well, what seasons to buy vegetables and fruit etc. Cooking is important so thank you, Emiya.
Ahhhh, I love this honestly. The contrast of how his dad gave us a gift and his. Kiritsugu gave us a gift he hoped we would never use–no safety, nothing–just a mere hope that we will never need to use such a weapon in the first place. And here, Emiya is giving us something he wants us to use everyday. He even safety proofed it in the hopes that even for our level we can use. I love it.
Also, I’ve always thought that if Kiritsugu made the concept of a Hero of Justice, Emiya perfected. I would even go so far to say in the regards as a guardian/parent, Emiya also perfected it. Of course, he learned it all from his dad so Kiritsugu does get credit, but ahhh, I really love the similarities and differences between them. I love their relationship. (I want more Emiya and his dad content–no, not Shirou–EMIYA. All we get is that one scene in All Around Type-Moon…) I hate that Archer doesn’t even have a My Room dialogue on his not-dad….

I would definitely buy this set. No questions asked. It even has a cookbook! Also did he really made this personalized with his theme, that’s somehow funny and cute. (I just want to point out that depending on what you’re cooking, you may need various other pot sizes–okay, okay I know this is just a beginner set!)
I will never forgive FGO for how ungrateful Guda sounds in the CE description…I, for one, would love this set.

I really like the sendoff Archer gets. And if he does remember previous wars because he’s a counter guardian, then maybe this sticks.
Maybe not for future summonings. But for the version of Archer that they come from, that gets the memories back. He gets to see this development, and maybe it may even cheer him up.
I think Archer is my favorite Fate character. He’s definitely my favorite Servant.

I was told this scene was good, but…it’s just so good.
An Emiya remix playing, Emiya appearing ahead, cracks appearing, him looking back and asking, the crystals breaking off, his response, the circuits hitting each other as the arm activates, him passing through Archer, Archer smiling as he watches Shirou pass him. It’s all so fucking good.
This is just so fucking good.
