Dr Eggman has strange taste in drinks.
The brown liquid is a Chinese seasoning called Black Vinegar. Apparently it’s very strong-tasting. Coupled with a raw egg, I assume it’s an incredibly acquired taste.
Maybe he’s drinking it as a sort of pick-me-up due to his injury?
the drink is called a Prairie Oyster. It’s a shot of Worchestershire sauce, a raw egg, and occasionally salt and pepper. It’s said to be a hangover cure.

The wording on the bottle Espio pours into Dr Eggman’s glass indicates that it is Kurozu (黒酢);
From what I’ve read, it’s a vinegar-like seasoning that has a whole gamut of healthful benefits attached to it including weight loss, blood pressure reduction and anti-cancer properties. It’s brewed from rice and is distinct from Worcestershire sauce.

What were your favorite episodes from Sonic X? :3
Episode 1 “Enter the Super Sonic Hero” was a great start to the series with good action and good animation.
Episode 9 “Amy on the Beach” was packed with very cute SonAmy moments.
Episode 14 “Chase After the Hero Sonic!” was very sweet and heartwarming with Sonic’s and Helen’s friendship.
Episode 20 “Departure! Egg Fort II” was incredibly funny and portrayed the often-flat X iteration of Sonic as a really devious and vibrant character.
Episode 24 “Sonic’s Running Wild! Strategic Capture Operation!” was another hilarious episode with an interesting premise. Cute little SonAmy moments too.
Episode 38 “Maria’s Wish. Everybody’s Wish” was well-structured if affected to an extent by Chris shamelessly taking Amy’s role. The incorporation of “Live and Learn” in the FinalHazard fight was epic.
Episode 46 “Sonic Battle Finale” actually succeeded in making Cream both truly badass and sympathetic.
Episode 52 “Memories of the Wind” was an extremely well-made episode, had wonderful scenes, amazing music from OFF COURSE and brought a poignant and satisfying sense of closure to the season.
Episode 53 “A Messenger From a Meteor Shower” was intriguing in that Sonic was portrayed as fairly weak throughout due to his injuries. It also had a good sense of tension and good action sequences.
Episode 63 “Space Stronghold METAL PLANT” had good animation and some very funny scenes regarding Sonic piloting the X-Tornado to Knuckles’ displeasure. The race was also exciting.
Episode 65 “The Chaotix’ Shocking Love-Love Operation!” was a good breather from the heaviness of the other episodes of season 3. The Chaotix’s antics were entertaining.
Episode 73 “Assassin Shadow” was filled with great scenes such as Knuckles vs Shadow and Tails’ protectiveness of Cosmo. Quite tense. Stands-out for the minimal use of music which is unusual for a Sonic X episode and strengthened the tense tone.
Episode 77 “For Your Sake, I Can Do It” had a great sense of tension and stands-out as one of the saddest pieces of Sonic media ever.

Boy is wandering around exploring an island in a foreign country and sees a baker making some kind of food and he thinks it's the coolest thing and stops to watch
(pls he looks like a child watching a magic trick in that second image 🥹 he even does this whispered "wow!" in the Japanese and it's ADORABLE) 💙
And then later on he's walking around with a shopping bag and when Amy tells him about Cheese going missing, he tosses them the bag and is like "hold that for me, pls!" and runs off and then it shows what he'd bought and it's just
random knickknacks and snacks and a wooden spoon
