I have information about CLAMP's artbook "Colors: Gorgeous Edition"
There is an inquiry page and I asked,
"この本は国際的に出版されますか?私はアメリカに住んでいて、この本を楽しみにしています。"
"Will this book be published internationally? I live in America and am looking forward to this book."
I received this response,
Prepare your proxy services. This may not be released in the US.
This Full Moon is a Beaver Moon, so here's the unnamed girl from the cover of "The One I Love", and instead of cats... it's beavers.

Oh!! Have you heard of CLAMP School Detectives? The three main characters, Nokoru, Suoh, and Akira, could definitely be worth rating. ❤️
Ah, CLAMP and their passion for kilometric legs... One truly has to get past that in order to rate them as Shotas, which they ARE for goodness sake they're 11 and 9 years old but damn, those legs xD funnily enough, despite the manga coming out in the earliest 90s, I feel like these three would fall in the Magical 70s Shota category because they have the same vibes and stylistic "issues" as those AHAHAH But anyway!
I feel like the anime made them a little more "regular shota" by diluting the CLAMP og style tbh but regardless I'll be rating them individually! For everyone reading: Nokoru is the blonde one, Suoh the blue haired one and Akira the black haired one!
Nokoru
Shortness: I couldn't find an official height but going by their age I'll give all three of them a 6/10
Big Ass Eyes: definitely huge, 8/10
Overall Design: 7/10 he's very pretty and I love me a cute blondie, plus bonus for the mega shorts but I just... Can't give him more because of those legs :')
Suoh
Shortness: 6/10
Big Ass Eyes: big but smaller compared to the others so 7/10
Overall Design: 6.5/10 I really like the manga version with the electric blue hair and golden eyes but points detracted for having such a sharp face and, again, those legs lol
Akira
Shortness: 6.5/10 he looks shorter than the others so kudos to that
Big Ass Eyes: 7.5/10 a bit of an in between yeah
Overall Design: 7.5/10 among the three he's the one that feels more like a regular shota so I wanted to reward him despite those damn legs. I reeeaally find him the cutest too with his black hair and grey eyes!
Ngl this was difficult, the style really doesn't go well with the classic idea of a shota even though they technically are! That being said, I really like it, thank you for bringing it to my attention!

please don't mind me but what *is* Angelic Layer? it looks super cute and ur designs for it are like super adorable I need to know more
Angelic Layer is a series by CLAMP about 7th Grader Misaki Suzuhara moving to Tokyo to live with her aunt and becoming entrenched in the Battle Doll Game of Angelic Layer - a game in which "Deus" (human users) use a telecom link to control "Angels" (custom dolls) in rings called "Layers" in order to battle each other. As Misaki goes from total newb to Rising Star, proving incredible adaptability in the ring while also uncovering the reason behind her mother's disappearance.
There are some key differences between the anime and the manga. For example, in both Misaki's mother has a disability, but the nature of the disability is different between the two mediums. Also, in the anime Misaki names her Angel after a childhood doll while in the manga she names her after a manga she read on the train, directly referencing another CLAMP series, Magic Knight Rayearth. Also, fair warning, but the end ship for Misaki is different between manga and anime, and I definitely prefer the manga ship.
The manga was translated into only 5 books, so it's a pretty quick read. It's definitely geared more towards a younger audience in comparison to Magic Knight Rayearth or Chobits, which are also by the same group, CLAMP.
The anime is also not very long, only 26 episodes, so it's also a quick watch. The fight animation (which let's be real is the only place the animation really matters) is definitely rough in the beginning but gets better as matches get more important to Misaki (though the over the top way Deus' just yeet their Angels into the ring is pretty hilarious) And there are a few more fights than were in the manga.
