On the recognising your art I think it may be how you are able to convey emotions and not just sadness. I think there is also a softness to your art and it can complement or contrast the emotions depending on which is being portrayed. It makes joy seem more joyful and sadness seem that much deeper.

my favorite part of halloween is costumes! (well and free candy, but mostly costumes!) so i drew the disaster twins as two of my favorites i've ever worn
leo as a wolf made out of a wolf hat and a jacket turned inside out. i dont remember if i had a tail at the time, but i got a faux tail at a ren fair a few years ago, so leo gets a tail anyways ^-^
donnie as teen titan's raven! i vaguely remember having fun making this costume, then taking an hour to wash the hair paint out, but it was worth it :D

Y'know, ever since I found out Wilbur Soot is a uhhhhh bitch ass motherfucker, I've felt uncomfortable listening to his music (including Lovejoy) despite liking it a lot beforehand. EXCEPT Saline Solution. Because that's not a Wilbur Soot song anymore, that's a Death Wish song from a gutwrenching animatic.

i have been sitting on this for months im so sorry
i don't see her voice being wildly differnet from canon. maybe a bit higher? like how boys' voices get a bit deeper during puberty, her voice just kinda stayed the same. it's something they never questioned, but it suddenly makes sense

hmmm as someone wiht no knowledge of clohting styles this was a little rough, but Doe would find babydoll neat, but with a shell in the way- its a hard style to feel comofortable in withough modifiying the whole outfit
she likes wearing a lot of skirts though- flowy, puffy, fancy, simple, pleated- all of them
she does take an interest in lolita fashion, but again her shell gets in the way
i like to think if splinter was a better father in this au, he would help her sew outfits to fit around her shell

Not an ask, just wanted to show you something. I got your Doe keychain before they were removed from Etsy, and I had a little fun with the crinkle paper after I opened it. The thing that Doe's got her foot on so she doesn't fall over is a little heart I made out of some spare resin.
I'm not going to reveal my Etsy username because it's my actual name, but I'm the one that saw the keychain as one of my OCs instead of transgender Leonardo (Doe). Still love the keychain BTW.
