Premature baby Luffy and his two young parents who’re crying at the sight of his birth, Sabo who’s back is leaning on a tree and Ace trying to wrap them both close, a wild jungle birth. They weren’t prepared for this but they were so grateful for luffys birth
Ace freaks out. Sabo has been getting contractions while hunting with Ace for berries, he’d been clutching his small swell of his pregnant belly and quickly turn to a nearest tree to lean his back on. The contractions were everywhere especially around his pelvis.
Struggling to put his shorts down because he has to unzip and blah blah, Ace immediately rushed to his side after realizing what condition Sabo’s in. He’s in LABOR.
Huffing and panting from the pain, Sabo yelled at Ace when he got infront of him panicking, “CUT MY FUCKING PANTS D-DAMN IT!”
Startled by Sabo’s loud voice Ace still did as he’s told. Using his strong masculine arms with all his strength to rip apart his pants easier access for Sabo.
“I-I can’t- Ace- ACE.”
Everything was like a blur, Sabo finally slid everything down. He feels the baby wanting to come out but it hurts, so bad.
They don’t have time to call for Makino or Dadan. So they have to do this themselves. Sabo needs Ace to stay by his side.
“Im here I’m here, uhm-“ Ace says, stuttering. Words tumbling into each other because sabo is sweating and tears are falling down his cheeks looking down where his baby is about to come out any second.
“Wait, here let me.” Ace uses the ripped shorts from sabo and tugs it away and places it down infront of him. So the baby won’t be wet and dirty in the grass of the jungle.
“You’re doing all right, ‘Bo, I’ll- I’ll get someone after this. You got this..” holding his hand tight with a squeeze while Sabo is silently screaming as he feels another painful contraction.
The tree against his back isn’t helping either, rough texture and all.
Finally, the baby’s head is finally coming out, and Sabo’s first instinct is to check on the baby even if it’s impossible because of his anatomy.
“ACE! THE BABYS HEAD IS OUT I THINK- CHECK PLEASE CHECK. CHECK!! AA-“ gripping the grass around him, he starts to pull them out while pushing,
“IS IT? AH RIGHT. I see it, wait-“
Ace gets in position infront of him to help the baby properly get out without any issues during the birth.
Not trynna get a dead baby with an umbilical cord wrapped around its neck.

It’s a very traumatizing experience since they’re just- teens. In the next few months Ace would turn 17 not long till Sabo does too.
Anyways, Ace had ripped his tank top too so when the baby was have way out, he gently pulled him out.
Finally being born. Ace cleaned him off with his tank top, from any blood and fluids. Sabo layed back the tree and a loose grip on his arm made Ace turn to him. “Hah.. he’s- he’s here.. our baby..ace. Ace let me hold him. Please..”
Throat sore and scratchy from the labor made Sabo extremely tired but he wanted to stay up a little more for his new babe. Ace was about to cry, he too was emotional and tired from it but so grateful for Sabo and their new baby. “Yeah,” gently holding the baby in his arms again he slowly placed him in Sabo’s arms. The baby was small, very small. But they still loved him.
Because that’s their baby. They made him. And they’re so happy he’s been born. Luffy.
Hugging sabo and kissing his temple muttering “thank you, thank you, I love you so much ‘Bo, you were so good. Love you-“
the baby was crying, as a newborn should be. Waddling a little in Sabo’s arms. Sabo was crying, of joy and emotional relief that their baby had just been born despite the circumstances.
He tugged down his sweater from his shoulders and let them fall till his small tits were in view and access for the baby to nurse. And so it did, their baby was warmly nursing and getting his neutrons it needed.
Sabo and Ace enjoyed this little moment for a while before they decided to wash him up with clean water from their lake. (?)
Ace carrying Sabo in his arms of course, bridal style while the small premature baby was nicely tucked in Sabo’s arms.
Their baby was so small they had to careful with holding him, they cleaned his head gently. Surprisingly Luffy was born with almost a full head of cute black hair.
