Darkpath doodles with a bonus Armordashi because everyone seems to want more of both and so do I I want to draw both like 24/7

Top pic: Tadashi’s gauntlets in DP can put forth flames if he loads a special shell into them (replacing the shotgun shells), but they’re more for intimidation (and light) than they are for igniting, unless he strikes something at just the right spot. He tends to not use this much, since he has a small fear of fire now for... whatever... reason... (;´・ｖ・)

Second pic: Darkpath!Hiro tests, messing with the fact that he has a jetpack (that I rarely draw him using, good job me), and the fact that he can mold his microbots into varying weapons when he wants to fight. Crush things with a giant fist, smack em with a metal staff, stabby stab with swords - he can do all of that. Including using the magnets in his gauntlets to have the microbot weapons hover away from his hands. “Because it looks cool.”

Third pic: Hiro you brat even Baymax is against the idea of dropping a giant metal crate on that villain, he could get hurt (though Tadashi is actually amused at the idea if you ask him and he answered honestly, he considered it for a moment)

That is not something I've answered before actually! Essentially the wings are stored in the back, they're a bunch of shifting plates that compact for easy storage, and then expand and fit into place when he's ready to fly. I hope that small step by step up there kinda shows it well enough? Alternatively I was also pitched the idea that the back of the suit is in portions that can slightly raise to allow the wings to pop out and expand. He can also just keep them out and have them folded behind his back when idle.

Tadashi's suit got another upgrade, just because I decided having certain parts of his body exposed sorta took away from the whole 'being a tank that can protect his tiny little brother from all harm' aspect. So now he's better armored, with a bit more plates here and there (a bit thicker around the legs too to make sure his leg braces stay protected), and he also has a Baymax communications/scanning device built into his helmet. Now Baymax can chime in with helpful info that Tadashi can relay to Hiro or whoever else, while keeping monitors on everyone's health.

His suit also has more medical devices built in, like being able to apply antiseptic spray from the tip of his fingers (which Baymax will happily suggest from his helmet at times)
