i'm so happy that the rumbelle wedding is making me forget the rumple/regina issues haha they're still friends right

frankly surprised that regina, of all people, didn't see that rumple wasn't going to be stopped

she probably thought that giving the dagger to belle (this is a thing that happened, unprompted and spontaneously and it was probably hilarious) she was doing all she could to be sure

kinda ironic since she almost got killed last season because of a loophole rumple exploited

i'm kind of pissed at regina for jumping on the moral pedestal but it's sooo regina, right? I thought it was very IC of her, to go around and make speeches (oh regina! do i love you)

it's notable that she said that 'heroes' don't kill - she wasn't referring to herself alone but also to rumple; she seems determined to bring him, screaming and kicking, on her same 'path of redemption' (nice try, regina! you can join the club haha)

rumple looked so betrayed when regina told him 'no' (can we agree people should just STOP taking the dagger and wave it around?? put it BACK regina it doesn't belong to you)

all in all regina was too taken by her own moment of victory to really think the thing through - ans so was belle, whose usual perceptiveness didn't work this time. i think a lot of people saw immediately that shit was going to hit the fan with rumple free and zelena weakened... but 'a lot of people' weren't busy getting married, i guess
