And I will get lonely And gasp for air And send your name off from my lips Like a signal flare
OK actual last one.. Idina Menzel singing Creep by Radiohead, after giving a beautiful speech about how sometimes it’s hard for her to sing about being brave and empowered everyday. Sometimes it’s hard for her to sing uplifting songs when there’s days she can’t get out of bed. So this was her anti-empowerment song of the night.
“Pharrell’s gonna sing “Happy” for the rest of his life and then kill himself”
Susanne Sundfør - Delirious

You won’t let go, you won’t give in Till every part of you is suffering It’s the strangest thing, deliberate Done with intent, without repent
There’s one thing I want to say, so I’ll be brave You were what I wanted I gave what I gave I’m not sorry I met you I’m not sorry it’s over I’m not sorry there’s nothing to save
chillest track on the album and still intense as hell
summer of darkness: a compilation for all your gothically romantic inclinations
The Year Without a Summer: In June 1816, incessant rainfall during that "wet, ungenial summer" forced Lord Byron, Mary Shelley, Percy Shelley, John Polidori, and friends to stay indoors at Villa Diodati overlooking Lake Geneva. Byron suggested the idea of writing ghost stories, taking inspiration from a collection of German horror stories, translated under the title Fantasmagoriana. As the storm continued to rage outside, Mary had the nightmare that would eventually give rise to her ghost story: Frankenstein; Lord Byron's was to be "A Fragment", which Polidori later used as inspiration for The Vampyre.

Puscifer // The Humbling River
Angel, angel, what have I done? I’ve faced the quakes, the wind, the fire. I’ve conquered country, crown, and throne. Why can’t I cross this river?
