Lysithea has a list of things she wants to do before she dies with a date next to each if/ when she completes that thing. One of the things on the list is simply "Fall in love" and it is dated when she and felix achieved A support rank.

Might I add- What if after "Fall in Love" as the last item, there is nothing else. What if Lysithea never thought of living old enough to get married or have a family or be happy, so she's never put those things on her list.
But what if one day, while carrying her stuff she accidentally drops the list and Felix is there to help pick it up for her.
And he sees the end of the list. "Fall in love". Thats it. Nothing else.
So he asks her what this list is about. And she adamantly refuses to tell him. She doesnt for weeks and weeks and weeks. Until she has to. Until she has to confess to him that she has two crests- that her hair was not always white- that she doesn't have much time left to live. So she never thought that far. Falling in love as the last thing before she dies was enough.
And then what if, after hearing her confession, Felix's reaction was "fuck that". So he takes her list, and writes it in himself: "get married", "have a family", "be happy". And then that means it becomes kinda like a marriage proposal but not really.. its a promise. A promise that he'll make those come true for her.
