For AX this year (still deciding what day!) I'll probably be wearing this super casual fem!America/Ameriko outfit. Can't help but cosplay at least some version of America now for this con for obvious holiday reasons, ahaha~ It's based on the very first incarnation of her when the girl versions were introduced. The pics of her in this version are in black and white so I did what a lot of girls do and just picked an American Flag bikini top~~
Unspoken rule: See a poster of yourself on the wall at Anime Los Angeles, take picture next to it.
A few more photos taken by Jet at Fanime!

Jet edited the photos from the America Trio!shoot we (Mandi, Megan and me) did at Fanime~ 8D Obviously I am going to post a silly one. Well, MOST OF THEM are silly anyway <333

I was inspired to do an early (lol month early) Fourth of July photoset this year with fem!America instead of my regular America cosplay ALL BECAUSE I saw those confetti glitter stars in the store today. Fourth of July decorations everywhere~~ I bought THREE BAGS but that still didn't seem like enough :c Actually, yes it probably was because it wasn't fun to clean up afterward. Anyway. Sorry there isn't much variation to them! All I wanted to do was roll around in confetti, nothing else. :I

PURIKURA~~
Which has been a Fanime tradition since like, 2009? xD
THis time I'm with Annamarie, who is dressed up as RevWar!America <33

ACP outdid themselves again with a fun April Fools Day feature! You submit photos and users can photoshop them however they want. One of the ones I submitted was a dorky fem!America one. WanWanWana's edits are just..asjsgjaajfj need to be shared. Forever.
Guess who saw The Artist yesterday and was inspired to do some REALLY DORKY photos imitating 1920s-early 1930s Hollywood starlets with her Ameriko wig and random stuff around the house? THIS GAL. :|
Dark lips and heavily-lined and/or smokey eyes and cheesy expressions were all the rage in those silent film actress portraits from the 1920s. I had fun editing these.
[[K to be fair, before I actually decided to cosplay her normal outfit, I liked the wig a lot & nyo!America herself so I was trying to think of something "original" to do for a shoot like classic Hollywood or vintage-Americana xD DOESN'T lessen the geeky factor much I guess but.....]]
Jason just posted his edited studio shots from ALA today (I think) but I already posted most of the ones I liked (albeit unedited) last week except a full-body shot with my bat~~ GAH I wish that one little pleat in the front of my skirt wasn't acting up, though xD
Fem!America archive shots from Jason from ALA~~ I hope by choosing the ones I liked help him to lessen what he needs to edit. He has a ton of photos to sift through from that weekend XD; Poorpoor Jason.
I was like, "Why is there a big stuffed horse in the photo room?" It's name is Waffles. We decided to channel Teddy Roosevelt. And I had like 10 people try to show me how to pose like a pin-up. It was silly.
My expression literally is "ubuuhhh?"
