It’s officially Diwali (Indian holiday) and I claimed I was sick and ate a little but of rice + 2 eggs and then purged it all out
Thank you to my moots who gave me advice on what to do <3
I have been purging for 2 weeks now
2 years ago I deleted tumblr to focus on recovery. now I’m back. I’m 74kg. GW: 65kg
what my routine should look like tomorrow:
-wake up
-breakfast
-growwithjo workout
(extra: 1hr strengthening exercises)
-lunch
-workout min half an hour
-dinner
(extra: 1hr strengthening exercises)
-sleep

if i skip eating even at least 1 bread for bfast its 60 cals less and a huge win. and eating 1 dosa >> 2 bread because 30 cals less. that's 90, yes 90 calories LESS. so that means i could eat arounds 700ish calories. to decrease even more i basically have to hide or throw away food which is sth im not willing to do because i dont want to get caught so for now 700ish is the lowest i can go and thats okay because thats the upper bound for mid res!!
