- Tom Yum Paste (50 cals per tablespoon)
- Mushroom (15 cals per cup)
- Tofu noodles/ Tofu cut in strips (180 cals per serving)
- Cheese tofu (100 cals per 4 pieces)
Preparation:
1. Boil water to 100 celcius
2. Put in noodles, mushrooms, and tofu
3. Wait 10 minutes
4. Put in tom yum paste
5. Serve and enjoy!
