A Turbo-Nerd

I finally drew Jayce as the Brendon Urie demon in Emperor's New Clothes, which I think either inspired Jayce's character and design greatly or is a mighty coincidence!

I did a normal one and a Dread one. :]

This is actually one of my earlier pics I've ever drawn for the AU, but it took a while for me to finish the pattern on the back and I put off posting it bc it's rather dark ffff

But basically have that Jayce actually was killed when he first got the Dread by Viktor Albright, his former mentor, and was brought back by the Dread, which changed him gradually into a demon. He escaped from Viktor for a while and was gonna open the coffer still, but then got arrested and eventually found by Viktor and his alchemists and was put into a soul box, which he was in for 5 years.

Still a tragic betrayal that neither parties took lightly.

Some Cyprus expressions I drew last night in my stream. I was mostly focusing on drawing variations of anger here since I don't feel I get to draw that enough with him.

Feel he's usually more subtle about his anger and you'd REALLY need to piss him off in order for him to show it. He's an ambassador so he's usually used to hiding it.

I realize I never posted this one, but it's a concept I had thought about for the piece of the scepter being from a special meteorite that comes apart every time there needs to be a new Primus and the rebuild one from the layers that came apart from it, picking away at each layer till the center.

There's an area in the tournament island that contains it but no one is physically able to get close to it until they start the first scepter trial and have to work up to it.

Jayce and Lucy having an unlikely chat here bc they are not friends yet...

Just some domestic throuple stuff I was lacking in having drawn, which is a shame.

A commission I technically got myself for my bday again by the magnificent crowzen!! (Here's the other awesome set they did for me before!) Definitely fit more into the cozy fall vibes tho so I didn't mind sharing a bit later.

I kind of just had it as a continuation off of another older comic I did where Lucy comes over and gives Jayce a shave and hangs out for the evening~

I was thinking to post a halloween pic maybe and that means either something with Jayce's monster form that is probably more scary or hardcore or.... him in a costume.

So I'm going with this one I had. No more questions.

Just some sketches I had. 2nd pic is when ur gurl wants to go to the botanical garden for a date but you got mad allergies.

Also think Jayce is a sports fan. Preference to baseball and basketball but likely others too.

I've said before that Cyprus is actually much bigger naturally than he usually is seen, but he mostly takes this size when he's in the water. He's not as used to it above water, but he and Lucy were trying to be more honest with each other to avoid further miscommunications.

He was already crushing on her, but think he may have fallen a little bit in love with her after this lol I think he gets in deeper than he intended to for sure.

I've been having fun exploring his character more tho and finding that despite his in control and confident exterior, he gets quite bashful and shy when vulnerable~

Sort of continuation of the very wholesome comic with Cyprus and Lucy. Here Cyprus is remembering that gravity is more of a thing to worry about on the surface than it is under the water.

He seems confident all the time but he's really got a lot on his mind when trying to be lol

When Jayce first found the Dread it took a while for it to get into his system and in older art I had that his horns were kind of nasty looking lumps at first until something finally triggered his transformation.

He got into a fight that finally triggered it and he got thrown in a normal human jail when he discovers his transformation the first time. After this, he gets picked up by the Bureau adjacent people that lock him in a magic prison instead and that's where he gets stuck before going missing for 5 years.

I added color to this one from the other page I had of Lucy and Cyprus hanging out in the sea when she visits.

First time I colored a full body pic again of him since around the beginning tbh. His design has changed a bit since but think I'm finally feeling a bit more satisfied with the markings... Now to draw it consistently. 🤔
