I think it's hilarious if Raph is scared of Quackerjack. Not a great history with things that are meant to be cute and fun.

Donnie and Megavolt seem obvious, the tech duo. She'd either supercharge his tech or fry it.

Bushroot has the reach Mikey has, vines vs. chains. Grabby grabby.

Liquidator can be in multiple places or pieces at once, thus making Leon's portals and swords ineffective. And they have the most flavor text/quips.

Umm, well, yes. These TEENAGERS need some adult in their lives who is more than willing to raise them and guide them, and yes, 100% Drake could and would help Leo through his guilt.

I need this crack crossover if for no other reason than giving these boys a dad who cares. And Drake is All for adopting literally any kid who needs help.

Free RotTMNT fic idea to good home; seriously, I don't have time to write it

The boys, having been homeschooled/raised by TV/internet, don't understand the struggles April goes through during high school - not until they find themselves enrolled in a Yokai high school.

Essentially, they realize they don't fit in because they have had 0 exposure to Yokai culture their entire lives, they aren't allowed to fit in because they are no Yokai - and worse yet half human, and basically they hate it, and sympathize with April a heck of a lot more.

Until, inevitably they turn their classmates around on the idea of humans in general, possibly with Sunits's help, possibly with April's help, possibly just by being really stubborn about the whole thing. Plus, they are easily the biggest fans of human culture and would make the perfect diplomats.

I've been thinking about this and I think it would have to be Leo. They are both Very Dramatic, they both have their "ego problems" (though you could interpret both characters as having to over compensate for their own self confidence issues, which is something else they have in common), they are both into any kind of performance, they both have trouble expressing sincere emotion (in different ways and to different degrees), they both have a problem taking orders, and they are both strategists and planners. And in my AU they are both big brothers.

Someone out there could do a much deeper analysis, but I just helped some friends move so I'm very tired atm. This is all I got.

But it's also why I drew this! Of all the pairings, these two made the most sense - and it's not just because they're my favorites.

Has anyone else read Cameron Stewart's Batgirl of Burnside" comics? Because it's giving me Leo agony ideas...

I read one issue where Babs had a chip implanted in her spine to let her walk again, and in order to stop the bad guy she had to destroy it, effectively re-paralyzing herself and hoping her team would find her as she collapses in a helpless heap.

So aaaaaaanyway I've been thinking on the idea of

A. Leo having severe shell/spinal damage after the Krang B. Leo being the healer of the group C. Leo having lost one of his katanas and only have access to like half of his nimpo, and decided:

A. Leo gets paralyzed to some degree after the Krang because of the damage done. B. He only has access to like half of his nimpo after everything and like half of that is spent just constantly keeping his spine in one piece. This hampers his portal abilities. C. If anything were to take away or drain his nimpo (like using it too much to portal or heal others or keep himself in tact after too much strain or what have you) his paralysis could come back until he recharges. D. I'm sure Donnie has some neurological implant plan B in case this happens and persists for any reason. But he needs a code word from Leo before activating it.

So have fun with that.

Post the movie when Leo's shell is super sensitive and the PTSD is raging the others learn a distinct pattern before touching him.

Also the gang built him his own compression shell covering. The weight is a comfort and helps with the chronic pain, and it covers his shell to offer protection. It straps on like a backpack over his shoulders and under his arms, and around his waist. Mikey has decorated every inch of it, and gets to redecorate whenever it gets washed, but only in little spurts at a time. Leo can't have people fiddling with his shell for too long at once but he's getting better with Mikey's help.

Donnie is tempted to add pockets and weapons and tools to his covering, but hasn't figure out how to approach it yet.

I love how everyone has decided Leo's shell was obliterated by Krang, and he is For Sure triggered by it being touched. It makes medical check-ups ... challenging.

He's going to get whatever he wants after this.

Bro that's the interesting part about this crossover. In St. Canard, the turtles would be the norm, and they'd get to walk around in broad daylight like it was nothing (and would Love it!). April and Casey would be the odd ones out since the Duck!verse doesn't have humans. But I don't think St. Canard would, like, attack them or anything, I mean this universe has enough openly public weirdness that they wouldn't bat an eye at two five-fingered furless/featherless creatures walking around.

But in RotTMNT world, yes, the ducks would be in the same league as the turtles. They probably wouldn't be considered mutants since they didn't mutate, though they are a very normal animal like the other mutants and yakoi are more fantastic/mystic creatures. They'd be awkwardly between the two. And learning they can't just venture outside whenever they wanted would be an Adjustment.

Mystic powers and yokai alike would mystify them to No end though.

Has anyone else ever considered the Potential in how Donnie said in "The Clothes Don't Make the Turtle" that he records everything, and what would happen if everything that happened to Leo in the end of the movie with Krang Prime had been recorded?

and then what would happen if someone else heard it??

because no one had any communication with him post portal-chopping, so they had no way of knowing. sure, they could see his injuries but come on, Leo isn't going to tell them.
