This is the funniest pic ever 🤣
For Superman & Lois, we've seen Jon face the consequences of his actions on multiple occasions. For instance, when he bowed to peer pressure to go out with Jordan & his teammates in 1x06, his punishment was a broken arm and the end to football. Jordan's punishment for breaking said arm was... having to apologize. In S2, Jon screwed up with XK and was ostracized by the community (which is hard for a social extrovert who is used to getting by with teammates as friends), banned from school, forced to homeschool alone, forced to a part time job, and forced to social isolation. Jon was most likely the one tending the farm by himself in S2 with Clark either missing, weak, or out of commission since Jordan was 'training' with Sam. We know Jon can get all the farm chores done in an afternoon by himself (probably because he's used to it). Can you name when Jordan faced real, heavy consequences for... anything?
The answer is of course...no. There is no time when Jordan faced real consequences for anything he's done - his parents treat him like a golden child who shits rainbows.
And by the way, Jordan's 'punishment' for breaking Jon's arm and nearly killing another boy was his mom offering him ice cream and telling him it wasn't his fault... Literally anytime he's messed up or talked back, he's always rewarded by the end with a gift of a family heirloom or an apology from someone else or he gets told how amazing he is and how proud everyone is of him.
Are these writers even aware of how detestable this character has become? When a character gets nothing but good things over and over again while also being a raging asshole about all of it, that's not likable! But they're still so desperate to have us see him as Superboy and it's never going to happen 😂
And then you have Jonathan who is constantly kicked around even when he does nothing wrong at all! In the last episode, Jonathan OBEYED ORDERS AND LITERALLY STOOD IN ONE SPOT and he still got fucked over because of Jordan!
MFW Jordan’s actor says his character is actually closer to the “comic book Jon Kent”
“Jon never felt seen or heard and it turned him into someone I can hardly recognize!”
