As law enforcement in Baltimore looks to implement a weeklong curfew in the wake of protests and riots sparked by Freddie Gray’s death in police custody, demonstrators in New York City and Washington, DC organized rallies in solidarity.
A group of anonymous Black Lives Matter protesters took over a Forever 21 store on Union Square, New York, on Sunday to raise awareness for the number of black kids who didn’t make it past the age of 21 because they were killed by police.
The demonstrators replaced mannequins with Black Lives Matter sweatshirts and spread one of their banners across the window of the store.

One of the documents obtained by CNN, an outline of the deployment plan dubbed "Operation Show-Me Protection II," described individuals as being "Friendly Forces" and "Enemy Forces." The latter category contained the KKK, the RgB Black Rebels and the New Black Panther Party, as well as those dubbed "General Protesters.”
Robert Bates, 73, a wealthy insurance executive who worked as a volunteer reserve deputy with the Tulsa County Police, was awarded “credit for field training he never took and firearms certifications he should not have received,” sources told the Tulsa World.
It was also revealed that “at least three” of Bates’ supervisors were transferred from the department after refusing to sign off on his state-required training, sources speaking on condition of anonymity told the Tulsa World.

Video has been released showing North Charleston police officer Michael Slager killing unarmed 50-year-old African-American man Walter Scott by shooting him eight times in the back. Scott was running away from the cop when he was fired upon, and late in the video the officer can be seen dropping a black object, possibly a taser he claims Scott attempted to take from him, next to the body.
