Loki gets captured while going on a secret mission to Jotunheim. After a month infiltrating the Jotnar Court, Loki’s cover is blown when a High Priest reads his mind and sees the memory of Loki killing Laufey. After realizing he was the Asgardian that killed their King, the Frost Giants seize him. For weeks Loki is tortured by the Jotuns to get him to reveal why he was on their Realm but their attempts to make the God of Mischief speak are to no avail. Loki’s seiðr is extremely powerful and he heals his wounds instantly with his green magic. *Weeks go by*

Thunder begins to erupt from a distance like the beating of enormous war drums. The snowstorm that was ravaging the land is now filled with bursts of lightning that get closer every moment as if meaning to strike every living being in sight.
