What kind of person is he?

He is not good at expressing his emotions in a considerate manner to someone. He is not distant from his emotions, per se, as the sun is in Scorpio, but he is not good at expressing them well and can be blunt. This will be a source of discord and fights.

How you shall get along after marriage?
The Lord of the ascendant is Jupiter, the Lord of the descendant is Mercury. Jupiter and Mercury don't aspect. There is no collection of light to connect to the two, either. There's no connection via antiscia or contra-antiscia either. Jupiter is retrograde in the 4th house of the home, it is about to enter Aries but is instead going back through Pisces. Jupiter is in Pisces, disposites of by Jupiter and Mars. The sun does not aspect Mars, your dispositor. Mecury's dispositors are Mars and Pluto. The moon beholds neither. Jupiter seperates from Mars, but sextiles Pluto. You will be more dominant over him, as Jupiter is in an angled house and the weightier planet.
Most aspects here denote strife, as opposed to ease. There are a lot of squares and oppositions. Venus receives the light of both Mercury and Jupiter, but is a light planet and cadent. It seems to me that the marriage will be called off before or very soon after it happens, and if it does continue, it will not last long. Especially as both significators are in mute signs, communication here will be abundant but difficult.
