therapy does not make men less horrible it just helps them mask their abusive tendencies btw if a man doesnt improve his behavior after being told off once u literally need to put him in a cage and make him eat out of a dog bowl

This is such a horrible way to think of other human beings. Unhealthy habits take time and repeated effort to break. You don't have to put up with anyone's continued shit behavior while they're in that process (or at all) but neither do you have to dehumanize them as they struggle through the process of the change you have requested of them

how do men struggle? name 5 daily struggles of men

Try seeing men as human beings and you can figure out dozens yourself :/

so u can't name any :) wonder why

It would be utterly worthless to play into your view of men as creatures that are meaningfully different from women by outlining "men's challenges", so why would I do it? Men's challenges are human challenges. I answered your question.

Draft, 75% of suicides, 90% of high death risk jobs, almost complete absence of father rights, little to none abuse shelters that accept men, inability to be legally considered raped in most of the world, most abuse centers only consult men who think they might be abusive, not abused, soulless people like op who can't conceive that someone might struggle in a way they didn't experience.

There's no patriarchy, men and women are disadvantaged by society in different ways and all this pointless division and "us vs them" is just distractions from tackling real problems.

Also, you're 19. Come back when you actually get some irl experience.

you say there is no patriarchy yet you literally think putting on a dress makes you a woman please. also ofc the oppressor class would deny that the patriarchy exists. the proof that it is real is in the fact that you think you’re a woman in the first place.

I love how you have nothing but ad-hominems and circular logic.

Please come back with more original arguments, preferably ones you came up with yourself after doing some self-reflection instead of blindly parroting what your online friends say.

@22v6 I find it funny that when this stuff is applied to women it’s oppression, but when it happens to men it’s “the patriarchy back firing”.

I’ll list some things

1: Mens mental health isn’t taken as seriously as women. In fact Mental Health Awerness strategies are not targeted towards men. Also men ask for help differently than women, as well as express their mental health differently than women which leads to mid-diagnosis or under-diagnosis.

2: Most laws revolving around rape are intended to make mostly men as the predator. For example one law is “any non consensual penetration, including orally, vaginally, or anally. Meaning that women who rape men by forcing them to penetrate isn’t considered rape at all!

3: There are no hotlines set up for men who have been abused. No shelters. No help groups. Nothing. Even if men are a small percentage of abuse victims, which I believe did mens abuse was taken more seriously could be more, they are still victims of abuse and deserve to listened to just as much as women.

That’s just three examples.

I wish I could find it now but there was a female to male transgender guy who said that he wished that he had the same privilages as women because now that he’s transitioned, now that he looks like a man, everyone even other men avoid him and treat him like a threat even when he hasn’t done anything to anyone.

Men and women both have privileges and disadvantages in society. And in order to reach a society where both are treated equal than EVERYONE needs to put aside the biases and bigotry.

"Not all Radfems hate Men"

Radfems will perpetuate at least 70% of what's listed above and blame it on their invisible boogie man "patriarchy".

1. I’m not sure how men not going to therapy or men being unwilling to talk about their feelings is societal oppression. Men dissuading other men from helpful behaviors is not sex-based oppression. Wall-punching and other antisocial behavior is not asking for help. Google is free, men-focused mental health awareness programs are everywhere. While you’re at it, look up the gendered diagnostic rates for autism and adhd.

2. In the US, it depends on the state but there is a trend of the states are moving toward sex-neutral sexual assault laws. Canada has no such laws and defines rape as “sexual assault,” where forced sexual activity of any kind counts. Somehow, men are statistically far more likely to be the perpetrators of rape and women are more likely to be the victims. Regardless, most male sexual assault victims report a male perpetrator, so again, man-on-man violence is not sex-based oppression.

First results on Google. Did you even try, or were you too busy jacking it to the idea of pwning the feminazis?

Bro you couldn’t even list three valid claims, let alone five. Did you know that DV shelters often put men in HOTELS at the shelter’s expense because their clients are overwhelmingly women and children escaping abuse from men? Did you know that the field of mental health was built by men and most of the knowledge base for mental health practices are based on men? Do you know anything at all? Man up, accept that women as a class have it tougher than men as a class, realize it’s not about you personally, and do something to better life for both sexes if that’s what you actually care about. K?
