Practising drawing robots, Starwind and introducing a new character, Vicekill/Jackal. He used to go by Jackal but he joined the Decepticons and got the name Vicekill but he could go by either name. He’s more of a mercenary, only works for a reward. Very secretive and just has lies on top of lies.

So I got into Transformers

Couple friends were talking about Transformers and I finally caved in and got into them, I had seen some of Prime and Animated but that was it, then I binged Prime completely aswell as some IDW comics and ended up making my own TF OCs, despite not knowing how to draw robots. I wanted to infodump about them so here’s a post for it.

I made my own setting continuity for it cause I didn’t want to be too constricted by canon. The setting is another continuity timeline where most major events happen as they do in the others so all the major characters are there as part of the setting. Beastformers are fully robotic, modern versions of dinobots and predacons which have existed for a very long time. Darkclaw was among the first beastformers and is quite old already. There are also modern versions of predacons. Mostly fusion of Transformers: Prime, IDW and Transformers: Cyberverse continuities.

Now for the OCs themselves:

Starwind

Pronouns: They/Them

Height: 180 cm/5’11”

Faction: Neutral

Age: Very young, after war

Alt Mode: Fox

Colours: Silver, Blue, Black

Starwind is a thief who is partners in crime aswell as regular partners with Soundbite. They were born after the war in one of the colonies. Though a thief, has standards and only steals from those who deserve it or atleast will be fine without whatever they are stealing. They’re quite cunning and come up with plans for heists.

Soundbite

Pronouns: They/Them

Height: 200 cm/6’7”

Faction: Neutral

Age: Very young, after war

Alt Mode: Drake

Colours: Green

Soundbite is a thief who is partners in crime aswell as regular partners with Starwind. They were born after the war in one of the colonies. Very lazy and uncaring at first but Starwind has gotten them to soften up. They can emit a loud roar that can push back objects and enemies.

Darkclaw

Pronouns: He/Him

Height: 380 cm/12’6”

Faction: Ex-Autobot

Age: Very old, middle-aged during the war

Alt Mode: Wolf

Colours: Black and Silver

Very tired gay old man. Almost killed Starwind and Soundbite at first but warmed up to them and now basically treats them as his kids. Prefers his alt mode and almost never transforms. His ship was attacked and he ended up in a stasis pod escaping the ship but the pod malfunctioned and even after arriving on a planet didn't awaken him. He ended up awakened by Starwind and Soundbite long after the war was over.

Snowdrift

Pronouns: He/They

Height: 280 cm/9’2”

Faction: Autobot

Age: Young-ish, last ones before the war?

Alt Mode: Snowmobile

Colours: Black and White

A nervous bot, has social anxiety but tries their best and cares about others. Well adjusted for cold climate and loves the snow. Was born before the war and wasn’t very suited for combat so they weren’t at the front lines. Eventually ended up on Earth and lived for a while there alone before meeting a human whom he ended up befriending.

Enigma

Pronouns: He/They

Height: 220 cm/7’3”

Faction: Neutral

Age: Unkown age probably very old

Alt Mode: Very spiky small aircraft

Colours: Green, Purple, Black

Enigma is an enigma and no one knows much anything about him. Voice sounds like a text-to-speech and even then they don’t talk that much. He is rumoured to have existed since the beginning of time.

Paradox

Pronouns: He/Him

Height: 300 cm/9’10”

Faction: Decepticon

Age: Born sometime before the war

Alt Mode: Dragon

Colours: Dark Purple and Red

Very prideful and selfish. Thinks he’s the most important person in the universe. He’s pretty weak but he thinks he’s very strong, atleast he can breathe fire. Not actually very loyal to the decepticons he’s just hungry for power. He was created as an experiment to create more ancient predacons along with other “siblings” although Paradox is the smallest and youngest among them.

Smokestreak

Pronouns: He/Him

Height: 240 cm/7’10”

Faction: It’s complicated

Age: Born before the war

Alt Mode: Futuristic two-wheeled car

Colours: Black and Cyan?

Smokestreak is a decepticon spy infiltrating autobots but even he is not aware of it, his memory has been tampered to prevent him from being caught, he is very loyal so when he does remember when his memory is restored in order to report to the decepticons he ends up very conflicted on which side he is really on.

The Timeline:

- Enigma is rumoured to be ancient, no one knows where they came from or how old they are, their unusual appearance and voice also attract a lot of curiosity.

- Darkclaw is among the first beastformers and becomes a guardsman(or guard dog hehe).

- Smokestreak is forged sometime before the war and works with software while racing during his free time.

- Snowdrift is forged just before the war begins while Paradox is created along with other predacons, modeled after ancient predacons.

- The war begins, Darkclaw and Snowdrift join the Autobots while Paradox and Smokestreak join the Decepticons. Enigma remains neutral though at times allies with the Autobots for short times.

- Smokestreak is sent as an undercover spy with his memories of joining the Decepticons removed so the illusion is perfect.

- Snowdrift ends up on Earth and remains there in the most northern areas, as they are not much of a fighter.

- Darkclaw’s ship gets attacked and he ends up in a stasis pod that ejects but doesn’t awake him even after arriving on a planet due to a glitch.

- The war eventually ends, with none of the main characters dead, new colonies are made and eventually Starwind and Soundbite and forged there.

- Starwind and Soundbite become partners in crime and eventually become Conjunx Endurae.

- During one of the pair’s heists they stumble upon Darkclaw’s stasis pod as the ground below them collapses and they awake him from his long stasis. Eventually they become close friends and Darkclaw practically adopts the pair.
