I suppose now that I’ve switched careers to work in wildlife education as my main occupation, there’s no reason not to share my personal blog where I post pretty much all my art these days (it’s 100% fanart and OC content). If you’re interested, you can find me at @fischotterkunst!

(Thats not to say I’m abandoning this blog, I have just been focusing on “non-professional” art more since the pressure’s off. I will still post wildlife art here from time to time!)

Some changes

Due to having changed my career path and dedicating much of my time to wildlife education, I will no longer be offering commissions regularly. My work will still be available on Redbubble and I do hope to produce different merchandise via some kind of online storefront like Etsy or similar (details on this to follow!).

This blog will remain open for the time being, but I might convert it into a catch-all art blog to include personal work as well as professional work. We'll see!

serious question: any followers with experience in in-design wanna team up with me to mod a nonprofit PDF zine dedicated to the wildlife of Australia? i have experience with in-design myself but i really would prefer to work with someone more adept at using it to make it a really quality project. once i have someone to work with i’d make a proper zine page and hold applications for other artists as well. all profits would benefit the Australia Zoo wildlife treatment center. anyone in?

[ side note: for anyone interested in purchasing such a zine, i’m working on one myself but im really swamped irl right now so it’s a slow process, and splitting up the workload would be really ideal to get it done more quickly. ]
