Due to having changed my career path and dedicating much of my time to wildlife education, I will no longer be offering commissions regularly. My work will still be available on Redbubble and I do hope to produce different merchandise via some kind of online storefront like Etsy or similar (details on this to follow!).
This blog will remain open for the time being, but I might convert it into a catch-all art blog to include personal work as well as professional work. We'll see!

testing out some new SAI brushes that i made myself trying to get a more painterly look while still balancing it with my own stylized manner of illustrating. i’d never drawn or painted a pronghorn antelope before but i think they’re really neat!! it’s wild to think that there’s such a unique and gorgeous animal living in my own country that’s commonplace for some people to see and yet to me feels so exotic and far away. this piece is available as a print on my Redbubble! please check my pinned post for the link!

Shaggy Inkcap (Coprinus comatus) mushroom cow, inspired by a suggestion from @mish--shticks! thank you so much for the suggestion, this was such a fun challenge! the shagginess of the inkcap mushroom immediately made me think of Highland cattle, so i went with a combo of the two.
