He will offer to help around the house and will also find any way to compliment them
He hesitantly tells them about him being in the serpents.

He does anything and everything to impress your family.
That is why you don't like when your family invites him for dinner (or any family event)
You love Archie, and you love your family, but you knew how Archie acted around your family.
He always fought to impress your parents.
He would agree with anything and everything your mum or dad agree with,
which would lead to your parents believeing he is a lead singer for a rock band and does water polo as a hobby.
Your parents like the Archie they know, but you adore that Archie you know.

Your parents didn't accept when you came out as bisexual.
So on holidays, you spend it over Kevin's house.
Mr Keller loves having you around.
He knows about the trouble Kevin would get into, but you were a good kid and kept him close.

FP dressed his best, he was so hopeful that you parents would love him.
He went home like a kicked puppy.
Your parents didn't even try.
They actively showed their disgust.
They even confronted him
"It's disgusting,"
"An old beat like you thinks they deserve my daughter/son?"
FP tried to tell you he was fine...
He wasn't.
He was already really insecure about the age gap, and he was hoping that your family would like him.
But he already knew they wouldn't
When he was kicked out of the house, you followed.
"if you can't accept that FP is going to be a part of my life...then maybe i shouldn't be a part of yours,"
He felt so bad.
Even tried ending things with you
You forced him on the sofa, cooked pasta, and snuggled as you watched movies.
He still felt bad, but he couldn't resist your hugs.

God! He's so cute.
He would keep on messaging you, asking about your parents and what type of things they liked.
He would show up with three neatly wrapped presents to go under the tree.
Like Jughead, he would ask if anyone needed any help.
"Do you need any help?"

"Do you want me to reach up and get that for you?"
It was so important to him that your family liked him
However, even if they disapproved, he would still love you.
Nothing would make him break up with you
Although he wanted to bond with your parents, he knew the best way to get them to like you was to show them how good he is to you.
And it worked.
They liked they way he would carress your hand and wasn't ashamed to show affection.
Even in the company of others.
Your family adored him
They would invite him round more often.
For birthdays, movie nights, dinners.
He was integrated into the family.
He was very happy.

Request : hello love! could you do an imagine where the reader is a very dear family friend of the Jones family and has pretty much grown up with Jughead. but suddenly the reader loses a lot of weight and all people ever see the reader put into her body anymore is coffee which makes everyone super worried. maybe especially fp would notice and try to talk to the reader about it and comfort and offer support? thanks a lot if you decide to do it! <3 -anon

Y/N walked around the Jones’ household, as they sat on the couch, sipping some coffee while watching some Looney Tunes on the family television.

“Hey Y/N! Wanna eat some bacon?” Jughead shouted from the kitchen, Y/N quickly replied with a ‘no thanks’ as they continued watching Looney Tunes.

Y/N L/N wasn’t a Jones, but indeed a very important member of the family. It was their father that made this possible, that is.

Mr. L/N and Mr. Jones were best buds in their teenage age back then, but Mr. Y/N quickly passed away after a mission as an investigator for the Police Department.

Y/N’s mother wasn’t known very much, only known that she left her own child and her husband for some rich dude.

Mr. L/N was indeed a very popular person in Riverdale High back then, they’re that one guy you’d be friends with at the first day of school, and continue to be friends throughout the years.

That made Y/N very popular indeed, the most social person in Riverdale High had a couple of its benefits. Like you get less bullying from those stupid high school jocks and lots of friends.

The whole Scooby gang knew this of course. But something was weird with their precious Y/N L/N for some reason.

They all knew Y/N was for sure a foodie. They would always take Y/N first for these new restaurants and test these new fancy buffets, they confirmed that Y/N is a supertaster.

“ A supertaster is a person who experiences the sense of taste with far greater intensity than average, with some studies showing an increased sensitivity to bitter tastes.”

Some good facts right there.

But for the past month, they hardly see Y/N eat anything. The whole Scooby gang talked about it with their weekly meetings at Pop’s.

They all sat down before Kevin began to speak up.

“Y/N isn’t eating anything.”

That began a very deep conversation between the five. They began to start things that may or may not help the reader, they pointed out that Y/N began to look somewhat like a walking toothpick. But still, they apparently still act fine.

“I think they’re fine guys, I’m sure they’ll come out to us. How about we just wait it out and talk to Y/N, if it really gets dangerous.” Archie suggested.

The others nodded and continued to talk about other topics before they all went home.

After Jughead went home, he quickly went to bed. Ignoring the Y/N that was in the kitchen, basically raiding the kitchen to see any good combinations with coffee.

FP heard the sound of the fridge opening as he slowly went downstairs to see the poor kid.

He knew that there was a problem with the kid, he and Jughead had discussed it before.

“Hey, kid.” He said, standing behind the H/C-colored L/N.

“H-Hey Pops.” They stuttered.

FP Jones was used to the nickname that Y/N gave them. So it wasn’t weird to call him ‘dad’ or ‘pops’

“You haven’t been eating a lot for the past month. Are you doing okay?” He asked cautiously, as Y/N casually fidgets with their hands.

“Y-yeah, I’m fine.” They said, nervously.

FP Jones rose his eyebrow with that look on his face that states ‘Oh really?’

Y/N sighs and began to rant about their problems with their discomfort about their body. “Everyone just seems so fucking hot at school and, I feel like I wouldn’t fit in, y’know?” They said, rubbing their neck nervously.

FP Jones sighed, and approached the smaller figure, “Kid, it’s not about the body you have, it’s about the soul.” He said as he pointed Y/N’s heart with his index finger.

“Well, my soul lives in my body, so clearly I have to be aware of… this.” They said, pointing to their body.

“Kid, no one gives a fuck about your body, okay? You’re the most confident person the sad breakfast club knows, and I know they’re proud of it. I’m proud of it. I’m proud of you, your dad is proud of you.” He said, holding the kid’s shoulders with his bare hands.

The small L/N’s eyes began to tear up, “Thanks a lot, Pops.” they said, FP Jones whispering a small “It’s fine.” to them.

“Hey, how about on Sunday, let’s take you, Jughead and me for a small trip to the buffet near the town. Let’s even invite your friends, if you don’t mind.” He said, Y/N quickly nods.

“I think that’s a good idea.” They whispered.

“Alright, Kid. Talk to me, if you have any problems, okay? Talk to any of us, we’re here for you.”

“Thanks. A lot. Pops.”

“Don’t mention it, now go to your room and take a nap. I’m telling your friends to send you to Pop’s tomorrow.” FP Jones said, as Y/N nods and goes upstairs to take a nap.

It’s going to be all okay.

And everyone will make sure of it.
