aaahhh adventure time appreciation

Dude growing up with adventure time being a baby sapphic I always thought Marceline and Bubblegum were only to be my favorite pairing that wasn’t going to happen, that I was probably looking way too into it, and that they would never do that on TV. It felt like a thing I hid in my pocket yknow? A private little hope that the world wasn’t going to see, but I cherished it. Seeing it slowly evolve and come to life was so crazy to me, I really never thought it could happen. As I grew older and learned about myself, I felt like I was growing with them, and watching them be happy brought me so much comfort and self-acceptance. When I watched the oblivion episode I cried so hard, there they were!!! Being in love and everything!! And no one could deny it, they weren’t my hidden pocket keepsake anymore yknow?
