my walrus case came and it’s so pretty. The tough case insert is black not grey like it looks online so it matches. I was going to wait til the other piece got here but it taking forever.

Hi and thanks for asking!

I tried positioning it (yes, the tall ship version :D) on phone cases earlier and it looked good on some cases and not so good with others. The camera holes where in weird places or the edges did not fit nicely so I left that option out for the time being. BUT I mainly tried what it would look like when cropped closer, so I’ll see to it again tomorrow and try to make fit (properly this time) in all or at least most cases so it can be added as an option :)

UPDATE! :)

I tried a couple of things and in the end I wanted the picture to reach all of the surface and not just be a rectangle in the middle (like a sticker) or have just parts of the ship visible, so the only way to get it fit everything (every case) nicely was to continue the border areas (sky, the sea) so that’s what I did (mainly with photoshop’s clone stamp tools etc).

That made me also fix a few things in the sky, so it’s a bit different than the original (and what’s in the other products). I mainly did the changes to fit phone cases so I probably won’t update the new version in other products. I hope that’s ok (for everyone).

Here’s the end result with some examples:

Now the camera hole won’t disturb the picture too much or the ship loose its parts in other (phone) cases or at least not as badly as I first saw :D And there are no sudden blank boarders in other cases. I just hope it isn’t too dark.

The art can be uploaded with different versions (mugs can have a different cut than prints for example) but in phone cases, I cannot change each case individually (it’s the same image for all phone cases and I tried to make it fit most of them / all..).

Anyway, phone cases/skins are now available for the Walrus ship!

I don’t have the phone wallet yet, so I’ll probably update that later someday (maybe add more sea and sky to the side or something to make it look like a nice overall design or just have it blank, idk yet).

If there are any other changes / suggestions, please let me know!

Hello and thank you!! ♥(˶◕‿◕˶✿) (heh, please don’t die, though)

I have been thinking about it, but haven’t actually taken any concrete actions towards it yet (of which I am truly sorry!). I have to look into it a bit more, since it is also my first time selling any of my art anywhere online (tips and advice or user experiences are welcome btw).

I will tell about it here then, but it might take a while to set up everything… mainly to read and get familiar with all the things involved etc. I am not talking about doing it during the next few days - this might take weeks to get myself take up the task in the first place and with proper time (sorry). I am willing to do it eventually though! There has been a few inquiries now and I feel quite happy, surprised and humbled by it.

And this may sound a bit self-centered but I myself would also like to have some actual prints and other stuff with my (BS fan)art on it… :D (most of it is only in digital form after all).

Anyway, this is all I can say about this at the moment and I hope it won’t take unreasonably long!
