Scorponok | Transformers Robots in Disguise | | Hasbro | 2016 |
Scorponok bit off more than he could chew this Thursday afternoon.
Scorponok, Waspinator, & Spinister (Kre-O Transformers, Hasbro, 2012)
Without going too in depth, these three make use of a lot of existing parts to recreate these characters in Kreon form. Waspinator uses Jazz’ helmet and Spinister uses Mirage’s. I believe Scorponok’s helmet is all new or at least one I don’t recognize right off.
"Transforming" them can be somewhat of a pain. Scorponok’s tail, on my sample, doesn’t secure very well and he and Waspinator both have leftover parts in both modes. Spinister is the only one of these three that uses all parts in both modes, so props to whomever made that work.

JDChurch on twitter pointed out that Scorponok shares his helmet with Sideswipe and Red Alert. Thanks, JD!
