First Order Special Forces TIE Fighter First Order Transport B-Wing Starfighter | Star Wars the Black Series | | Titanium Series | Hasbro | 2015 |

Notes: Smaller than Mattel’s Star Wars ship line of Hot Wheels and more expensive, Hasbro’s Black Series Titanium line is okay. The details are nice, but the value just isn’t there in my opinion. Hasbro’s line has more variety, but at $5 a pop Rey’s Speeder and Luke’s Landspeeder seem like a rip off compared to Mattel’s Y-Wing or Millennium Falcon. Still, I’m impressed that the from of the First Order Transport opens and the B-Wing’s S-foils open and cockpit rotates. It all depends on what you’re looking for in small, die-cast spaceships.

First Order Special Forces TIE Fighter | Star Wars the Force Awakens | | Mattel | 2015 |

Notes: I love the color scheme of the First Order TIE. The cockpit section is different from the original trilogy TIE, which I didn’t notice from the trailers. It’s nice to mix things up a little. If I could, I’d buy 100 of these and hand them from the living room ceiling. Although, despite not having the money for that, I don’t think that’d go over too well with my wife. 😄
