I really hopes Colin Allred defeats him.
Holding their pistol grips in case anyone tries to cut them in line.
I hate what Trump has done to this country.
The madness will only end when we have a Democratic president and a Democratic Congress.
😡
“A federal judge recognized a 22-year-old Kansan’s Second Amendment right to own machine guns last week.
U.S. District Judge John Broomes’ ruling is the latest in a series of contradictory interpretations of gun rights stemming from the Supreme Court’s sweeping reinterpretation of the Second Amendment in the 2022 case of New York State Rifle and Pistol Association v. Bruen.
That decision, penned by Justice Clarence Thomas, said laws restricting gun rights are only constitutional if they stem from a tradition of regulation dating from some time between the signing of the Bill of Rights in 1791 and the end of the Civil War.”
Thoughts and prayers for his hideous ear.

Republicans on Federal Election Commission block investigation
Democratic chairwoman says FBI should be questioned about link
Rejecting a probe of potential links between the Russians and the National Rifle Association has sparked a particularly bitter partisan rift on the Federal Election Commission, resulting in accusations of fake news and ignoring foreign election interference.
The Texas-based American Ethane company previously donated tens of thousands of dollars to the campaigns of Louisiana Republicans including Johnson, who was voted by the House to replace Rep. Kevin McCarthy as Speaker on Wednesday following three weeks of GOP chaos in the lower chamber.
While American Ethane was run in 2018 by American John Houghtaling, 88 percent of the firm was owned by three Russian nationals—Konstantin Nikolaev, Mikhail Yuriev, and Andrey Kunatbaev.
The machines are available at half a dozen locations in three states so far: Oklahoma, Alabama and Texas.
According to the National Rifle Association of America Institute for Legislative Action, those three states do not require a permit to purchase guns and don't require gun owners to have licenses or register their firearms.
WHAT THE ACTUAL F—K!
“I almost never talk politics with my dad—he’s a rock-ribbed Republican,” says Buck, a member of the Iowa State Education Association (ISEA). But it turned out that he agreed with his Democrat daughter that teachers should absolutely not be armed.
“My dad explained that even with regular, advanced tactical training, some officers aren’t as good in high stress situations as others, and educators simply don’t have any of that training,” says Buck. “It doesn’t even work on a practical level—even if I do think I’m capable of taking down a shooter, who’s taking care of my 25 frightened 4th-graders?”
😵💫
The Republican/NRA answer is always more guns. An untrained teacher with a small pistol is expected to take down a mass-shooter with an assault rifle and body armor. OK! Imagine the liability issues.
These Republicans and their Wild West gunslinger fantasies are destroying this country.
