This is an important Junior Year poll that will maybe influence a fic snippet I'm working on. Near the end of the season, when Aelwyn moves back in to Mordred, that means she's moving OUT of an apartment on relatively short notice. As someone who is in a lease where I would effectively be on the hook for FOUR MONTHS rent if I broke it outside of a renewal time, and wouldn't be leaving behind the damage from fifteen cats...
Last but not least for my own zine, Back of the Sheets, we have this piece, featuring a monk Abernant family! As always, I do recommend checking out the actual zine, which has extras by the bucketful!
The first of several pieces made for Zine Jam that I'll be posting this week, this one is an Aelwyn and Ragh friendship piece written for the And Life Is a Nightmare teenaged villains zine!
Not sure if I'm going to do it or not, but I'm vaguely considering doing a zine of custom MTG cards as part of zine jam; I'm not sure if it'd fit in with the event, though, especiailly since I'd be using official art bascially exclusively (and a custom card tool; my contribution would be the rules text.)
That being said, I did draft veryions of JY Adaine and Aelwyn, and thought they were fun enough to share:

This post is as much for myself for fanfic purposes as it is for any speculation regarding a Senior Year that may never happen and even if it does would be I think at an absolute minimum three years and more likely 4-5 down the road, but I wanted to round up the known potential antagonists remaining out in the world, roughly ranked in order of known hostility:
The only Real Person Fanfiction I'm going to read is the one about British Kristen stalking Brennan Lee Mulligan through the streets of London in between live shows.
Not that I would let it stop me, but surveying the damage to my WiP multichapters/series from Junior Year now that it's wrapped:
Reversal of Fortune: Basically none. I don't think I'll be using any of the JY npcs, though the descriptions of some of the classes are nice.
Missing: Hilariously the biggest problem here is that I made it something of a plot point that Adaine doesn't know her god's name. I think I have a solution to this one, so look forward to it. I may actually use some of the characters introduced in JY here, in particular a few arcs from now.
Half-Dragon Aelwyn AU. Mostly unaffected, but Aelwyn's a sorcerer in this one so she'll be dealing with Jace. Also might tweak how Fabian's going to react to finding out Adaine is his aunt.

We don't get any kind of explanation for why Jace is following Porter.
None of the current Ratgrinders survive. The party tries not to kill Mary Ann but she goes into the lava attempting to murder Fig.
On the flip side, Lucy gets established as being raised in the epilogue, as does Yolanda.
Riz's spell he's holding onto is Hold Person; I'm not sure that Kipperlilly bites on it, though - tactically it makes SO MUCH more sense for her to try to kill Kristen, but she DOES have that specific hate on for Riz.
We do get an end of season cliffhanger into a theoretically Senior Year, involving something with Bobby Dawn.
To my dismay, we don't find out Ayda's reaction to her library being overrun with cats (who are freely going through the portal in between Mordred and the Compass Points because of course they are), forcing me to write at least three fanfics on the topic.
Gorgug dies but gets revived.
Fabian has a TERRIBLE time in the epilogue, with something getting established about Chungledown Bim AND Gilear and Hallariel announcing that she's pregnant with Octuplets.
Fig and Ayda kiss.
Kristen and Cassandra fully reconcile, but Cassandra keeps more elements of the Nightmare King than they had at the start of this year.
Bucky does NOT convert to Cassandra.
Seacaster Manor has to open the pool to all students since it is now located on school grounds. (The pool was part of the manor that went into the sky - you can see it on the side of the ship mini.)
Porter dies and ends up stuck in an ironic hell, a plane of pure peace and passiveness.
I have a wave of sadness at the season being over approximately three seconds after the last playing of Teenage Rebellion starts.

would anyone happen to know or have observed Aelwyn's stats??
For the most part we've never gotten them directly (though she definitely is at 20 int); I usually use the following stat block for her:
13 Wizard (Abjuration)
8 str
14 dex
14 con
20 int
7 wis
14 charisma
This put her pre-nightmare forest as higher int, charisma, and strength than Adaine (though still quite bad strength); after Adaine's strength jumps and her int ASI kicks in during JY Aelwyn's still slightly more charismatic but much, much, MUCH less wise. The wisdom is a guess based on, frankly, Aelwyn having maybe the worst judgement of any character in the series, whether or not she's currently being villainous. (Every time she watches a cat video and fails a wisdom check, she adopts another cat.)
