He has called himself the Exalted, the Supreme, the Most Compassionate and Merciful, the Sovereign, the One, The Source of Peace, to just name a few.
Not only has he praised himself, but he demands his followers to regularly chant the Koran and praise him with the most fanciful salutations. Based on this, can anyone say that he is good? He is more a petulant, narcissist worthless creature."

"Allah resembles more to Saddam Hussein, a dictator than to a real god.
All that a dictator is concerned is in ruling the people, that the people Submit their wills to his will, and no one else's, praise him and thank and him for everything. Those who do not follow him (the non-believers), he would usually torture and lock them away in some dungeon (the hell in Islam).
It matters little whether the person who does not bow before him five times and worships no one (an atheist) or someone else (as Hindus and people from other religion) are good people, moral and caring. All he is concerned, as any bloody dictator, is that they submit to his will, which is the essence of the word Islam (submission).
Similarly, it matters little to him if the people who do bow five times before him are immoral and ruthless and evil doers --- he will allow them to come to heaven eventually."

A good person never expects anything in return, when he does a good deed to another. He would never expect the other person to thank him for the rest of his life, or bow five times a day before him, nor would he curse him or hate him for not thanking him.
Now examine the concept of Allah in Islam. Muhammad said that Allah did us a favour by creating us (though we never asked him to). Then he DEMANDS that we bow before him five times a day to thank him, and please his vanity by chanting he is great (Allah-oh-Akhbar) and that there is no one else besides him. He doesn't just demand, but threatens to throw us into hell if we do not do this. Also, for those who do not follow him (the non-believers), he secures a burning hell.
Only an evil person would behave thus-use threats and punishments to coerce helpless people to chant his praise five times a day and assure him that there is no one else besides him. If Allah is good, he would be just concerned about our happiness, not to assert his power over us and his vanity. Also, Allah lacks self-esteem, as no person with self respect would force others to respect him and force them not to worship anyone else. A truly great person doesn't need others to tell him he is great and doesn't bully others in praising him only and no one else.
Also, a good person doesn't praise himself. He in fact remains humble even when his accomplishments are praised by others. Only a parasite and a very empty vessel brags about himself and praises himself with his own mouth. Now, let us suppose that the Koran has indeed come from Allah. Witness that the Koran is heavily laced with verses praising Allah. If Allah is the source of the Koran, then he has spared no effort in praising himself. Allah resembles more to Saddam Hussein, a dictator than to a real god.
Similarly, it matters little to him if the people who do bow five times before him are immoral and ruthless and evil doers --- he will allow them to come to heaven eventually.
Also note that he enjoins his people to spread his glory and name by spreading Islam to get more people to bow before him. He doesn't tell them just to love each other and help one another, irrespective of being believers or idol-worshippers. He exhorts them to convert the non-believers and if necessary use violence. In certain passages in the Koran, as widely documented, the followers are asked to use force on the non-believers. It matters little whether his followers have evil doers and live like animals, as the present state of the world testifies. All that is important to him is that they worship him and with that he is content.
This is the core of Islam, which is really indefensible. Hence, the need for censorship at gunpoint, the need to murder people (as the Holland filmmaker Van Gogh), or pass death sentences on people who expose Islam (such as Taslima Nasreen). Hence the blasphemy laws in Pakistan and other Islamic countries. The fact is that if one has the Truth with him, then he need not be afraid of what others say-another person's disagreeing cannot change the Truth or Reality. It is only when one knows that one is wrong, so wrong that the first person to disagree or criticize you can crumble your entire system, that you need to murder him when he speaks.

If any man come to me, and hate not his father, and mother, and wife, and children, and brethren, and sisters, yea, and his own life also, he cannot be my disciple.
And every one that hath forsaken houses, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my name's sake, shall receive an hundredfold, and shall inherit everlasting life.
And Jesus answered and said, Verily I say unto you, There is no man that hath left house, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my sake, and the gospel's,
But he shall receive an hundredfold now in this time, houses, and brethren, and sisters, and mothers, and children, and lands, with persecutions; and in the world to come eternal life.

This is not someone who is selfless and only thinking of those he loves. Parents put their own needs, wishes and desires behind the needs of their children. They don’t make their own desires priority number one. It’s children who seek to have their needs met however they can; this makes sense for a helpless child, but not for an immortal demigod.

Jesus is explicitly clear: humans don’t matter. Not your wife, not your children, not even you. Nobody matters but Jesus, and his unquenchable thirst for adoration.

Screw everything important in this world. Feed his endless hunger for applause and praise, and he’ll reward you for leaving them to fend for themselves -- in first-century Middle East, no less.

This is a taker, not a giver. This is someone who wants what he wants, is willing to burn everything to get it, and won’t take no for an answer. The Jesus character is a narcissist and a sociopath. Which is in keeping with an insecure, needy deity who creates humans for the primary purpose of supplying worship and praise.

It’s a good thing all of this is complete fiction.

I wouldn’t want to spend eternity with the evil monster from the bible they call “Lord,” and I sure wouldn’t want to spend eternity with people so morally bereft they regard this despicable beast as “good.”

Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.
For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.
And a man's foes shall be they of his own household.
He that loveth father or mother more than me is not worthy of me: and he that loveth son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me.

Isolate the mark from their family. Love Dear Leader more than anyone else.

Yep, that’s a cult.

Do you think Jesus was better or worse than his dad? I know there's probably an argument to be made that they're both terrible, but is one less terrible than the other?

I've long enjoyed Hitch's take:

"The totalitarian concept of the afterlife: The hideous idea doesn’t even occur in the violent, rape and genocide filled books of the Jewish bible. There’s no punishment of the dead. When god has destroyed your tribe and had your virgins and your children murdered in front of you, and had your flocks and herds scattered and so on, and you also fall down to a bronze sword, he’s done with you. The earth can close over you. That’s it. You tangled with the wrong tribe, the one he favored.
Not until gentle Jesus, meek and mild, are you told: – If you don’t make the right propitiations you can depart into everlasting fire – One of the most wicked ideas ever preached, and one that’s ruined the lives and peace of mind of many, many children preached to them by vicious, child hating old men and women, in the name of this ghastly cult, which we’re met here to discuss tonight."

I think there's a pretty good case in the bible that Jesus is worse, simply because he's not better. He's supposed to be, but isn't. Lord is what he is - a violent, celestial overlord who acts simultaneously like a terrorist and a giant baby.

Jesus brought the "new covenant." He could have heralded all kinds of social improvements such as ending slavery, and revealing new knowledge. But he didn't. He could have brought the message that humanity’s greatest commandment was to bring peace and wellbeing to everyone on the spheroidal planet. But he didn’t. He could have told everyone that Lord is an eternal, immortal being, and mortal, temporal love for it doesn’t even make any sense whatsoever, that humanity’s efforts should be for each other, and doing that, seeing its children’s success, that will make Lord happy and proud. But he didn’t.

He was supposed to bring a new, better relationship with Lord. He supposedly brought all the love and hugs. But did he? You're with him or against him, you're to love him more than your family, he comes to bring a sword and division, he comes to fulfil the law, not replace or end it, commanded love remains the first obligation, and no evil is too bad for a believer to be denied paradise. All in the bible, as I’ve quoted before.

On top of this, he cranked up the manipulation another notch. orchestrating his own suicide-by-centurion in a public blood-magic ritual. Over a problem his dad created in the first place, and either couldn't or wouldn't solve. And then demands people thank him for this manipulation by pledging allegiance to him, or else be cast into eternal hellfire. Your choice.

Whatever "good" he did seems to have been for the spectacle of bolstering his own reputation and fan base, not for the good of humanity or the furthering of moral progress.

And of course, his ultimate objective is to come back and just fuck the entire world completely up, eviscerate everyone who was "not with me", demonstrating the black and white thinking one would expect from the psychopathic offspring of a psychopath. The same extinction-level Second Coming that Xians the world over are salivating for.

The difference between them really is a matter of technicalities. His father being a grandiose narcissist, and he himself a vulnerable narcissist. The grandiose narcissist is at least fairly up front about what he's doing - the logic of the Lord isn't that complicated: obey or die. Jesus wants to manipulate you into thinking he's doing you a favor.

It's sort of like the bully in the playground, who declares that everything there is hers, she makes the rules and everybody has to follow them, she'll take your lunch money, ban you from playing games she doesn't like, and forbids telling on her. Eventually she sits at the top of the slide and just glares at everyone.

Jesus is her weaselly friend who says "hey, don't worry, I gotcha. I'm here to make everything better, don't worry. All you have to do is declare your undying fealty to me, abandon all your friends, make me the center of your world, and I'll look after you. Of course, if you don't, I'll get her to beat the absolute shit out if you. To show you how much I want to protect you from the bully, who is my best friend., I'm going to give up Twinkies for you. Until the weekend, that is. That's how much I want to protect you from my friend, the bully. You'll owe me big for that. You're welcome."

Lord is the bully who wants to subjugate the entire world to its will. That is, of course, the entire point of the first couple of Commandments, and those didn't go away in the New Testament. (Believers like to pretend that “tHe oLd TeStAmEnT nO LoNgEr aPpLiEs!!!” but if they genuinely believed that, Xianity itself could not exist.) Jesus wants you to feel like that subjugation was your choice, that it was a good idea, that it was a loving act to set up this trap in the first place, and for you to thank him for it.

Such a level of manipulation while still positioned as "gentle Jesus, meek and mild" I find somewhat more disturbing than the unapologetic bluntness of Lord.

That said, the problem ultimately comes back to Lord anyway. If Lord wasn't such an unrelenting narcissist and malevolent sociopath, Jesus wouldn't need to be his standover merchant.

So, deciding which one is the worst is like...

Thank goodness that, like Emperor Palpatine and Darth Vader, they're also both - and very obviously - complete fiction.

And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might.
And now, Israel, what doth the Lord thy God require of thee, but to fear the Lord thy God, to walk in all his ways, and to love him, and to serve the Lord thy God with all thy heart and with all thy soul,
Therefore thou shalt love the Lord thy God, and keep his charge, and his statutes, and his judgments, and his commandments, alway.
For if ye shall diligently keep all these commandments which I command you, to do them, to love the Lord your God, to walk in all his ways, and to cleave unto him;
In that I command thee this day to love the Lord thy God, to walk in his ways, and to keep his commandments and his statutes and his judgments, that thou mayest live and multiply: and the Lord thy God shall bless thee in the land whither thou goest to possess it.
But take diligent heed to do the commandment and the law, which Moses the servant of the Lord charged you, to love the Lord your God, and to walk in all his ways, and to keep his commandments, and to cleave unto him, and to serve him with all your heart and with all your soul.
Master, which is the great commandment in the law?
Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.
This is the first and great commandment.
And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment.
And he answering said, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy strength, and with all thy mind; and thy neighbour as thyself.
Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life.
He that loveth father or mother more than me is not worthy of me: and he that loveth son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me.
And he that taketh not his cross, and followeth after me, is not worthy of me.
He that findeth his life shall lose it: and he that loseth his life for my sake shall find it.

Xianity makes loving its god compulsory, an obligation, a demand, literally a Commandment, with the promise of eternal suffering if you don't comply with this ultimatum.

Mandatory "love" is the most important law in Xianity, and the only one required for salvation. Even "thou shalt not kill" isn't as important; the Lord character getting his fill of compulsory love is more important than anything else in the entire universe, including human lives.

A higher being who created everything, knew the nature of everything and its purpose should love you more, and need none back in return; the act of creation itself should be an act of love. A being who creates creatures with the number one priority of being fed "love" by those creatures is a lesser being and not deserving of love, let alone worship.

Xians often like to frame their god as being like a parent. A parent who has children with the sole objective of extracting love back from the child, rather than wanting to give love, is a selfish and unfit parent. A parent who demands obligatory love is an abusive parent.

Love cannot be commanded. This is an easy way to know that Xianity is a lie.

"Love the Leader or be punished" is how North Korea works.

The maniacal child is concerned only with getting what it wants. Playing fair makes no sense. The narcissist plays dirty, instigating psychological games by adopting the dramatic roles of persecutor or victim to tenderise their targets into submission.
Both roles are abusive and employ emotional blackmail to arouse fear, obligation, guilt and sympathy.
These strategies are clearly implemented in the Christian Bible.
In the Old Testament, Yahweh is in full persecutor mode, condemning all of humanity for the theft of a piece of fruit, committing genocide after genocide, and repeatedly declaring his desire to be feared.
In the New Testament, Yahweh flips into victim mode, staging a contrived piece of theatre in which he sacrifices himself to himself.
But what was the real reason for this so-called sacrifice? Yahweh had invented a system of magic that demanded blood to atone for sins. To honour this blood magic Yahweh commanded humans to perform animal sacrifices. Then he decided to stop this practice.
But according to the rules he invented, blood still had to be shed. Yahweh could’ve simply chosen to change those rules. He changed all kinds of other rules to suit himself. But he freely chooses an act of self-immolation, and he does it in the most manipulative, melodramatic way: getting humans to kill him.
If he insisted on shedding his own blood, he could’ve done it privately, without any fanfare. Or, instead of being sacrificed in human form, he could’ve been born as a sacrificial goat or pig — a fitting final sacrifice, in view of all the animals needlessly slaughtered in his name.
But then there would’ve been no drama — and drama is oxygen to the narcissist.
This was no genuine sacrifice. Just selfish theatrics designed to dump false guilt onto humans to deflect attention from Yahweh’s mistakes.

Black-and-white thinking underpins the binary system of Hell and Heaven.
Imagine a human legal system where everything from genocide to stealing an apple was punished with a life sentence. Who could fail to see the absurdity of such a system?
But millions of people defend an even more absurd system that not only extends the sentence from life to eternity, but adds thought crime, giving the thought the same weight as the act.
Matthew 5:28
But I tell you that anyone who looks at a woman lustfully has already committed adultery in his heart.
Some apologists for Yahweh have claimed that because he’s conceived as an infinite being, transgressions against him become infinite transgressions deserving infinite punishment.
This reasoning goes in exactly the wrong direction. Stealing an apple from a man with only one apple to his name has a much greater impact than stealing an apple from a man who owns 50 orchards. If we’re going to take the scale of the injured party into account in sentencing, we’re looking at an inverse relationship.
The larger the party, the smaller the impact, the shorter the sentencing. As the injured party approaches infinity, the sentence doesn’t approach infinity — it approaches zero.
